I have had bad experience with the bakery two out of the the times Ive ordered from them. Brandie, one of the bakery managers hostile and unhelpful in getting my order fixed despite the mix up being on the order takers ends. The incompetence of the bakery staff is unbelievable. Other than that, the store manager and customer service manager have been helpful in resolving my issues and, I have had good experiences while shopping at this location and the rest of the associates have always been helpful.
