Ive had some decent meals here, however, my last few visits have been subpar. I order for lunch from work sometimes and I ask for things like Id like *insert burger* on rye bread with extra onion. Nothing fancy. Theyll tell me 10-15 mins. Theres been times I run over at the start of my 30 min break (after waiting 15-20 mins, just in case) and my order hasnt even been made yet. Ive also had to wait when they didnt have side made, yet my burger looks like its been sitting a while. Ill get back to work and find that my extra onion turned into one small ring. At one point the eye bread was longer sliced and delicious, and then all of the sudden it was smaller and thinner. I dont even order french fries any more because it feels like I get five whole fries. I can order a sandwich for delivery with fries, get more, and pay the same price. Ive also tried different things, like the chicken florentine crepes that are too oily, and a dinner or two, which were good. Im generously rating 3 stars because when they first reopened this location, the food and service was decent. My order has either not been prepared or messed up enough times now that Im probably not going to visit again.

I cant say that I recommend going to this IHOP if youre looking for a good place to eat breakfast. In my experience, its common for the food to arrive burnt or undercooked and the prices dont allow it to compete with other breakfast restaurants in the city. As for the employees, Ive seen good and bad. Some are quite friendly while others can be rude, one going so far as to ask me about a dozen times if I wanted my check while I was still eating. All in all, the building is rather clean and there usually isnt too much of a wait, so if you like IHOP this location isnt the worst.

Food is great, service is great, general manager is horrible. I never recommend working here for Jodi. She expects more out of her employees than she is willing to work. When confronted with an issue about her managing style, she disrespected her costumer, told them the issue was not her responsibility, and she retaliated by terminating an employee.

Bad waitress. Never checked up on us after she brought our food. Brings our check and I ask for a refill that I had been wanting for a long time. She brings it, slams it on the table and walks off. Food isnt that great either.

Great place to stop early morning going or late at night. Friendly staff and the restaurant is clean. The only complaint to would be the bathrooms they did seem to smell. Maybe every hour cleaning would make it batter

Decent food but Very bad service. The server Hesitated to get something for us when we asked and complained about it. Did not ask to split our checks and did not even refill our waters until we asked. Very upsetting.

Food, sauces, and drinks are always forgotten. Waiters move very fast whether they are busy or not and every time Ive been there, they have forgotten something in the order. Other than service the food is amazing. :)
