I went to Rodizios for the first time yesterday with my husband and two friends. It was fantastic. Once we were seated, we were immediately greeted by our server Mackenzie who explained how everything worked and took our drink orders. The salad bar was great. It had all of the normal salad fixings on the cold side and enough options to make an entire meal on the hot side. There was pasta, two types of rice (the wild rice was delicious) and even a stew of some sort that I did not try. By the time I got back to the table, my drink was there waiting and the first gaucho was headed towards us with meat. Every piece of meat that came out was incredibly tasty. Even the fish and I dont normally go for seafood of any kind. At first I was skeptical of the small slivers of meat that they cut but then the guys just kept on coming and I realized the small slivers are the way to go. Not only does it help you pace yourself for trying everything but I imagine it also helps to limit the amount of food people waste by taking more than they can eat. I read some reviews that complained of the portions. I dont understand why anyone would complain when the guys come by your table over and over until you tell them to stop. The gauchos themselves were all great and joked around with us whenever they were at the table. Overall, it was a great experience. The server even offered a military discount when I gave her my USAA card. Well worth the $36.99 per person. We left incredibly full and satisfied. And will definitely be back.

I am rating this way because yes their food and service is good yet the Character of an establishment is what truly makes it a great place to go when a problem arises. We went today, i just had the salad bar, My son wanted the meats $36.99. He got a small amount of pasta off the salad bar...and put the green side up for meat. He got a small rib, a small piece of pineapple, slither of steak. He bit into the rib and realized thou he felt hungry he felt queasy. So didnt eat it. He changed to red for no more meet. So after i ate i asked for management and explained this. They took nine dollars of the bill for this small amount of meat, so i paid $27.00 for this small amount of meat on plate. i dont count the pasta, I had salad bar, so i could have eaten it if that made a difference. If he had alot more meat on his plate i would have understood. This was just wrong to charge someone this price for what was on plate when they realized queasy and quit accepting meat. The waitress apologized and said she noticed all this. I feel like the management thinks i was lying and trying to scam them or something. Otherwise, why would you insist the customer pay for something they did not even get. For people that do not know, this meat is already cooked in quantity, same as getting off a buffet, they just bring it your table and serve you what is already cooked.

We were in Nashville for a trip and decided on this place for a Valentines day dinner. We made reservations and when we arrived we were seated fairly quickly. Nice atmosphere. The bad : ----the rate was $55 for the Valentines Day special when usually its $35. A HUGE RIP OFF!! You can tell they jacked up the price by $20 a piece just because of the holiday. If we would have actually enjoyed the food, I would say $54 would be an ok price if theu had INCREDIBLE food but their steaks werent cooked well and their salad bar was mediocre. ----if youre a foodie, read:::: ok, so we LOVE our steaks and this place was by far the worst steakhouse we have ever been to. If you like your steaks well-done, this place is for you. We rarely got steak cuts that were medium or medium-rare, and one server even got snappy with me when I said "Cut me a medium-rare piece". We eventaully had one server that could tell all 4 of us werent happy and he ended up personally serving and asking us what we want. The filet medallions were all OVERDONE. How do you mess up filet medallions?!? ---we had to wait for our food constantly and our plates were always empty and we usually wait for about 5 minutes or more for more food to come. Insanity for any steakhouse as this has never happened anywhere else. I paid $55 a person to have my steak overdone and under-seasoned. Not happy.

This was the most horrible dining experience I have ever had. The appetizers were all fried and/or cheesy. The meat was over-seasoned and way too high in sodium -- I had to chug water for the remainder of my evening. The sides were very American. Cheese, milk, sugar, or corn syrup was in every side except salad. They were served at a buffet. A "salad bar." The desserts were also very American, with almost every dessert came with a side of ice cream with a sugary sauce on top. The creme brulee top was cracked (if you know good creme brulee, it doesnt crack) and the custard underneath was just a yellow pudding. True Brazilian food is more like skirt steak and fresh vegetables... none of which were found at this restaurant. This was the most horrible dining experience I have ever had. The table next to ours was a bachelor party, and the "bachelor" was so drunk that he had to be dragged in by his buddy who proclaimed to the room, "Its ok! Hes a bachelor!" The staff played a loud drum and a tambourine behind my head the entire meal, making it impossible to hear the conversations with my family. We had to yell to speak to one another. Save yourself $40 and eat somewhere local. This place was nothing more than a fancy Golden Corral.

Alright so lived in Tennessee my whole life never had this place before it was a very new experience. The wife and I went to my company holiday party which was hosted at the very awesome Rodizio Grill. The service was astonishing the server was on top of everything my wife stepped away to use the restroom the server not only got her drink order but showed my wife exactly where the bathrooms are located. The drink choices are very good Im a beer guy so got some yuenglings the wife had rum with diet coke which was very smooth. The salad and side bar was excellent lots of choices from house mac and cheese to collard greens which were amazing. The choices of meat were endless from chicken, top round steak, lamb, and grilled pineapple so delicious. The desert choices were outstanding a lot to choose from my wife had the cheesecake with strawberry and I had the chocolate cake. It was overall one of the best meals we have had in a long time very glad my company US Storage Centers choose this restaurant for our holiday party hope they will choose it again next year but in between that time my wife and I will most def be back maybe even try the lunch one day. Thanks for everything you guys and gals rock keep up the good work.

I took my mother out to celebrate her birthday, and we were pleasantly greeted by an attendant. It was raining outside so she offered to secure our wet umbrella. Afterwards, we were immediately seated and our evening began. Our server swiftly came to bring us the drink menu and explain our options. My mother and I were escorted to the salad bar where we began to select our sides and salads. Not only did the salad bar have traditional American salads but a wide variety of international salads. My mothers said that they were all good, and believe me she tried just about all of them. Back at our table the Gauchos began to bring the various meats all of which were delightful. To the restaurant, from the owners to the receptionist, I would like to give a heartfelt thank you for making my mother’s birthday so special. I appreciate that you all sang happy birthday to her. Never has she been to a restaurant that she has enjoyed so much. We laughed and joked like never before. We ate like a queen and her son. Again I thank you.
