This is the worst KFC I have ever been to in my life. The servers look like they hate life and the restaurant is very dirty. On top of that it would be nice to have some sort of policy that kept customers from hovering all over the buffet talking about whatever and breathing and spitting all over the food someone else is going to eat..... sadly as Im writing this my 9 year old daughter was waiting for a biscuit ( waiting for 15 minutes at least )and the man in front of her put 7 on his plate ( AS IN ALL OF THEM) I understand this is a small town full of laid back older people but customer service is customer service no matter where you are. I have my own business myself and I would never ever let it get this out of hand. Im very disappointed in this particular KFC

The food is always good, service is sometimes good and sometimes leaves a bit to be desired, have gotten confilcting information about what can be put i a kids meal multiple times. my daughter wants the same thing everytime and sometimes its no big deal and sometimes I am told it doesnt come that way and never did. The drinks are always bad, Ive never had a drink taste good there, they seem watered down even though they are coming from the fountain dispenser, Does the provider actually check these?? I thought they had to operate within certain specs. we nowadays get food from there and drinks elsewhere because they are so bad.

I went through drive-thru at 8:15pm (they close at 9:00pm). I ordered grilled chicken but they were out. She told me it would take 30-min to cook. I said I would wait. She said they would not cook it because they were 45-min from closing. I said I would tell management they would not cook my food. She said "I am management"

Not very clean,your shoes stick to the floor when walking across it ,had to wait 20 minutes to have fresh chicken brought out to the buffet. The chicken that was in the buffet already looked like it had been there for hours.

Got there at 7 not much chicken out at all, as in 3 pieces of each kind. Waited till 7:30 to see if they would bring more, they didnt. If they are gonna charge as much as they do for the buffet, then it needs to be kept up

Chicken wings were raw and bloody in the middle, but at least they gave a free meal for the next time. Im kinda scared to have a next time after seeing that. Lol

I only order the five dollar meal. Its delicious. The green beans are so good! All for five dollars.. Chicken, biscuit, a side and cookie with drink! Good deal.

I have had better food served out of an interstate gas station in the form of a plastic box sandwich. The place was just nasty.
