Good food have always gone there with friends. However I went there Friday night by myself. I was taken to a booth. I went to get my food from the buffet. I sat down to eat my dinner. I was enjoying the food all of a sudden I saw something move around my plate. I looked to see what was going on. I saw a roach. It ran away fast. I called the waitress over and told here what happened. I was told sorry. I went to pay my bill the cashier "so sorry so sorry". So look around if you go there if you are eating there. Need this to say I will never go there again! I know roaches are in affable but when you go out to eat I dont want to see one walking across the table while Im trying to eat!

If zero stars was an option, I would pick it without a second thought. My friends and I went there to eat, but some of us chose not to eat. The server and 2 more guys were just standing there doing nothing but stare at us eating. Not to mention the way they looked at me every single time I got up to get more food! It felt like they were treating us like thieves, not like customers. Definitely dont recommend this place to anyone.

I hate this place. The service was terribly and the food was all dried up and seemed that it has been left overnight. The whole restaurant was discusting and I would not recommend coming to this place. There is a New Century Buffet nearby and the service and food there is way better than China Pan. I highly do not recommend going here. Me and my family both hated it.

This is my husband and I favorite Chinese restaurant. I am personally picky when it comes to Chinese food and so far this is one of the best I have encountered while living in Nashville. Most of the staff are friendly except for maybe 2 that we have encountered.They are really good about making fresh food when you want them too.

Pros: decent food, nice attentive staff and a good variety. Cons: TVs in every direction at full volume, sometimes the chicken is dry (but not always, a common problem with Chinese food,) and the bathrooms are sometimes in need of attention. Not a bad place to eat, but please turn down the TVs and be mindful of your restrooms...

Dont waste your money, dont waste your time. Food was terrible , customer service was beyond terrible. Everything was terrible . And then they had the nerve to get mad when we asked to speak to a manager about a refund. Just dont waste your time or efforts at this restaurant. Dont say you werent warned

The food was not warm and it did not taste very good! The waitress gave us the bill before we finished our first plate and she stood by our table until we couldnt enjoy our meal . We left most disappointed with this place! I would not recommend this place at all.

I ordered their Mongolian Beef with white rice and crab rangoons... Absolutely the WORST Mongolian Beef Ive EVER had..!! It was like dog food and the rice was over cooked a mushy... What a waste of almost $10..!! Disgusting and I will never eat there again..!!

Good food good price. It is a budget Chinese buffet, so for 7.95 or so a plate, have realistic expectations. Its a great value for what it is.

Value price for adult buffet. Buffet include sushi and hibachi grill. Crawfish on the lunch buffet. I always come back for quick lunch.
