Just stopped here for buffet. OMG what a waste on 9 bucks. No mashed potatoes no Cole slaw. About 8 pieces of dried out chicken. Something I think at one time might have been cobbler was disgusting. Went to the counter and after they all got done texting and check it their phones I said the buffet needs attention and fresh stuff. The girl looked at me and said well pick what looks good cause we aint going to file it till dinner. This was at into 245 in the at in afternoon then she got back on her phone and walked away. Never again will I step into a kfc popeyes and bojangles will get my money now.

If you go to the drive thru, be prepared to repeat yourself because they are talking on their personal headsets. You wait forever for your food, but your food is cold when you get it. When I called to let them I wanted my food replaced, the manager told me I was lying because they cooked chicken @830 and its good for three hours...... So you mean to tell me after you cook chicken heck any food and come back three hours later its going to be hot... No maam youre the liar. Stay away from this KFC. Its a nasty, and their attitudes taste like their food, disgusting!

I just went for lunch. Firstly, the drive thru attendant had purple hair hanging out of her hat and hovering over the food and she acted like i was invisible. She didnt acknowledge me in any way other than to take my card and give me my food. I said thank you and she turned around and walked off. They didnt give me any condiments or napkins, and my little styrofoam container of mashed potatoes was less than half full. Ive gone here many times, but this will be my last. The past few times Ive gone, the customer service has been absolutely awful. Id stay away.

I went to visit store 8/2 at 6 PM...the dining room was a MESS..there were no people in resturant and the young lady at the register was just standing there doing nothing...I witnessed a customer asked for a diffrent piece of chicken on her plate in line and the employee pick it off her plate and put it back with the other chicken and gave her another piece. The manager young man was basically handing free food out the window to seem like some of his friends..This place is horrible!!THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!!

Worst KFC in TN.....Stopped in for lunch, had the buffet. No chicken on the bar, no biscuits, asked for some chicken livers and biscuits she said they make em per request and it would be 5-7 mins....So I waited,and waited,and waited for 30 mins and no livers, no biscuits still. The staff here just doesnt care at all about dine in customers. They had people waiting for to go orders forever. I was here for 45 mins and one customer was still waiting for his order when I left and he was waiting when I got here.

I stopped by the KFC drive-thru on Harding Place after work to pick up dinner, and the food that they was horrible! The chicken was tough and oil logged because they reheated it in their fryer. The mashed potatoes were dried out and were not edible either. The biscuits were okay, but I didnt over 20 bucks for 4 decent biscuits. Dont waste your time with this particular KFC, because its obvious that the manager here doesnt care about the quality of food that he/she is serving his/her costumers.

So my boyfriend and I got two of the $5 fill up boxes, the 3 piece chicken tender one- it comes w the 3 tenders, a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, a biscuit, and a cookie w a drink. We usually love KFC but we got to the bottom of the box and theres NO COOKIES. How can yall forget the most important thing. So I grab my receipt and Im like Im calling and getting my damn cookies, the line doesnt even ring when you call. UNPROFESSIONAL AS CAN BE. Get yalls stuff together KFC.

This Kentucky Fried Chicken(KFC) is a location I would not recommend to anyone. The speed of the service is slacken. The drive through is horrible. We spent at least 15 minutes waiting, and once we arrived at the window we waited another 5 minutes before we decided to just go to the McDonalds right across the street. For the quality of the food at KFC Id rather go to another fast food chain and get it faster.

I went to this kfc last night, I ordered with chicken strip meals. They gave me nashville hot chicken, it was so hot, soggy, and disgusting I threw it in the garbage. Waited 15 minutes for chicken to throw in the garbage. Way to waste 15 bucks of my money as well. And the Girl who took my order was very rude to begin with, so I will never return to this kfc, Ill stick to the one in lavergne

It was a very good customer service experience. It could have been improved if all employees were in the same mentality. Some were not engaged at work while others were very diligent about the people paying for a warm meal. Hope they see it and fix to start a trend for 2017 that can populates to other stores and make a positive impact in America and maybe the world one day. Gracias!

Very disrespectful! There would be no food on the buffet and you would have to constantly ask them to put more and when you would ask politely they would be rude. Worst service I experienced. It was messy. One female kept complaining and was rude constently. Dont know why they would hire people like that. Definitely will not be going to eat there anymore.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This is the worst experience I had. My wife told them 3 times she wants two chicken legs and one medium mashed potatoes. Instead they tried to give her one theigh and one chicken leg and small mashed potatoes. Im never coming here again.

This is absolutely the most nastiest KFC ever!!! Stay clear away, the buffet is unfit for human consumption, they do not update the food it sits for hours, guaranteed to get sick.

Ya kinda figure when you pay for a bucket of all white youre gonna get it, right? If you visit and get a bucket a suggestion would be to check your bucket before you leave.
