Went to this whitecastle in mt.juliet at about 1030pm ordered 10 cheese sliders the shift leader selena took my order took my payment and made my order all by herself in 3 minutes flat.i am use to waiting 6 to 10min even in the front of the drive thru line am blown away by this shift leaders customer service.you need more like her even her greeting and goodbye was warm and made me feel like a kid again.thank you selena for gaining a customer back to your buisness and 100% customer satisfaction.

Have visited this White Castle a few times, the tables always need cleaning, husband was born and raised on White Castle in the north, that is why we return there. This time we were there at 2:10 PM, all the tables were dirty, there were no straws or napkins out. After asking for straws and napkins an associate began to fill the dispensers, no one ever cleaned or wiped a table. As people would get their orders, everyone would walk around looking for the least disgusting table.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was nice, the food was exceptionally great and had a good variety. They even have a vegetarian burger! It was a good fast food place, but there was one cashier handling a line full of people. It would have been quicker and more efficient if there were more than 3 people handling the drive through and inside. They did a really good job, but shouldnt be on that much pressure to help customers.

Did the drive thru once, I was raised on these burgers and they hold true to history, pricing however is ridiculous, for what I paid for a small combo I could hit the Walmart and buy a car off frozen white castle burgers for a much better value. Customer service wasnt bad, due to over priced combo meals I wont be back.

Burgers were okay, and about what you would expect them to be like. Drive-thru service was a tad slow for it being noon and no one on the line. However, the prices are ridiculously expensive for what they are. First time here and probably the last because of prices.

Yes you will wait for your food because they make it FRESH to order and I think the prices reasonable but I only get sliders and fries. I dont drink soda so that cuts on price. If they were open earlier Id give one more star. I thought they used to open at 6 a.m.

We always stop here on our way home from Nashville. The employees are professional, welcoming and funny! Our order is always right and they usually can figure out a way to get the same food but in a combo so its cheaper.

Ive been to A LOT of White Castles, and its amazing they all manage to be unbelievably clean! The staff at this location is friendly and quick to serve. The burgers are addictive!
