10 minutes in the drive through and the line did not move once. 3 cars drove off. Drive off and see everyone having a good old time through the window. Pathetic. Update: had a coupon so I tried again. No ice in the coke machines. Out of 80% of the soft drinks. Ive emailed corporate multiple times and they dont care. This is the end pit stop for people who have to have jobs but have zero worth ethic. Corporate doesnt care. No wonder every other burger joint in existence is killing burger...... Well..... They remodeled this location but it doesnt matter how nice it looks, there is always something wrong with the food. Its either prepared wrong or its cold or its not what you ordered. The employees nor management seem to care either way. Its always slow, yet they always have problems getting your food to you hot and correct.

Terrible experience. Waited in line for 20 minutes. The girl working was on her cell phone the whole time. Then had an attitude when we told her she overcharged us. Then she took it upon herself to remove our drink from the order without asking us because "thats what made it so expensive".... horrible service..

The most horrible service from a general manager I have ever saw. I didnt even get to speak to her, I witnessed her going off on other customers about not having any breakfast & they better not try to order any or she was coming across the counter. I just left, didnt want to deal with that train wreck.

They continuously asked to take my friends order when it was obvious that he was looking at the menu away from the register. Also clerk (Named Andrea in the receipt) was complaining to another worker about it. Side note: The sink in the mens restroom was coming off the wall so dont press down on it.

On top of never once getting my order right. Tonight we stop by again at 11pm and nobody would take our order or even come to the window. We can see them in there and they are open until 1 am. Drove off and took our business somewhere else. Will never be back.

I ordered a whopper no lettuce or onion, then reordered a small fries, which I received in a real time fast, the lobby was clean,the fries came out hot, an overall great experience, the order taker was outstanding her name was Paris an asset to a BK .
