I purchased 4 white castles and a small fry after a long day of work and got home , only had 3 white castles which had pickles i asked them not to. I called them and politely told them I hadnt received a white castle person on the phone said "come back down here bring your receipt , Ill remake it ."on the receipt it had a survey for 3 free white castles , I figured Im going back might as well do the survey .. I let my sister go back we live around the corner and come there almost everyday for 4 years now and they gave my sister 3 instead of 4 again and had a nasty attitude so did I because they want your money but they dont care about your order being correct! This is not the only time this is the first time Ive said something. Ill take my money eles where from now on

Its White Castle, what ya want me to say? Ha. The food is the usual and is normally fresh new good. Service can be shoddy depending on whos working. Sometimes I get semi-friendly service and sometimes the employees are arguing with each other and yelling so loud you can hear them in the dining room. Then you get told "Heres your food. Youre done." Just to get home and find out its the wrong damn order.....Ya, its happened a couple times. If they had good enough service, they should stay open later than 10-11pm and catch some of the drunks coming from the bar across the street. This place needs a lot of work, internally. Visit at your own risk.

The service here is great. I honestly havent even gotten my food yet (its been 30 seconds, so dont let that alarm you) and am that ready to rate them so highly. Kevin, the cashier, was so friendly and accommodating, and even though he made a small mistake on the computer, a cook or manager of some sort came over to help him correct it, and both were even so helpful and nice to each other. I really only like to leave reviews based on service, and this location made the cut, if that means anything.

We dont have a While Castle anywhere near us and it a treat to visit one. My spouse grew up in the Chicago area loves to dine there when we visit that area. We received very good service from the staff, including the manager and asst manager. We had a nice chat with them about this location and inquired if they knew whether we might get a WC locally. All in all, we had a good meal and pleasant visit.

Ordered 10 burgers, large fries & two drinks. Our food took 27 minutes. 9 orders were placed after ours & they all had food before us. Then, our food was magically found under the counter. Buns were soggy & fries were old. Staff was very rude to all of the customers. Add a bugs to the gross dining room & lets just say we will never eat here again.

We did not want to eat here after using the restroom first, it was disgusting and the toilet was broken. An employee was in the restroom before me and left it with no toilet paper and didnt not offer to refill before I used it.

Simply put just stopped by for 2 sliders and specifically said no cheese bet you will not guess what was on? ... cheese... 3 strikes and ur out not going here again I suggest the same to anybody wanting their order done right

Worst White Castle experience Ive had in a long time. The only reason I gave the third star is for the new turkey burger I tried which was fresh. However the double cheeseburgers and fries I got were very much NOT.

Stood at the counter for 3 and 1/2 minutes no acknowledgement from anyone behind the counter not the cook not the girl the window and not the manager nobody in front of me. So I did not eat there

Went by the store on Oct 18, 2015 at 2:30pm. Was told by the manager it would take 30 minutes to get a #9 order??? what did they have to do cut the meat from the cow...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!

Got Double Cheese Slider Combo. The whole burger tasted like it was boiled. It was extra wet and the bun was gooey falling apart. Place is also dirty.
