I have worked a few buildings away from this establishment for about a year and a half now, and have eaten there about 3 or 4 times. The first time I ate there, it took 20 minutes for them to get my burger out to me (a couple already eating were the only other patrons in the restaurant), my hamburger was burnt, and there was no cheese on said burger despite ordering a cheesburger (and the restaurant being called cheeseburger charlies...). I attributed this to the fact that it had recently opened. Several months later I went back, got onion rings and a cheeseburger, the cashier charged me for a large onion rings, instead of the side I ordered, and just upsized my burger without asking instead of simply refunding my money. While the food was fine this time the service fumble was not good. My final visit was more along the lines of the first in that my food took almost my entire 30 minute lunch break to get prepared, and not exactly as I ordered it. Charlie needs to get some serious employee training if he wants to compete with the likes of fat mos or five guys. AVOID.

I have to say something positive about Your Burger. First, its really not your typical fast food restaurant. With that being said, if youre in a hurry you probably should settle for less. Its probably called Your Burger because they cook it fresh when you order it so its not sitting around under a heat lamp for hours and you can prepare it to your liking. Give the place a break and try to look at the positive, its a healthy alternative to your typical fast food joint. The other options are: people can go home and cook, go somewhere else and eat something with very little edible ingredients and or look for something positive in your experience. I am a fan of Your Burger, they are the friendly hometown alternative and I will continue to give them my business.

This was my first and last time into Your Burger. I went in and asked for a combo meal to go as I was on my lunch break. I was unaware of how they worked, but they let me know that I got my toppings from the bar set up in the back. I got my burger in the to box with the burger on one side and the bun top on the other. I got my condiments and left figuring that the fries that went with it were there under the bun. When I got back to work, they werent. When I tried to call and ask if they had forgotten them, I instantly got a message saying that I was forwarded to a voice mail the mailbox was full and to call back. So as of now I have no way to prove what happened. I am upset to say the least. Almost $11 for a burger and a 20oz drink?? No thank you!!!

Listen, Im an honest person and Ive got to tell you that I was worried about trying this restaurant because I had a personal invite from the owner who has been a long time friend of mine, so long that we go all the way back as teens working for the worlds number one burger franchise with the Golden arch. Well at this point Your Burger has everyone beat to the point it does my heart good to report that Ive never tasted a sandwich so good. I was relieved to know that this restaurant is definitely the highest standard of customer service and community respect as your burger gives YOU what you want. Great food.. dont forget to try the sweet potato fries and deserts.. including the Italian ice. Outstanding!!

I first started going here for the juices. Even though I dont eat meat of any kind, the idea that the owner gets his from local farmers impressed me. I frequented the place quite often, but then noticed that the quality of the food, for the price, was waning. If youre going to promote healthy foods and eating, you should offer a larger selection, especially the bread. Those wheat buns are NOT whole wheat. The bean and veggie burgers are dry. The salmon burger I had the other day tasted like the patties I get a Wlalmart. Food is slacking. Employees are great though. Hope they get back on track. I like the idea of supporting local businesses, Im anti-corporate.

Been there a couple times, but not sure Ill be back any time soon. I like the concept of building your own burger as well as the quality, freshness, and variety of toppings at the bar. Expect to pay north of $20 for two combos and not all prices posted are what you will pay. The veggie burger, for example, is advertised as $5.99 but it is actually $6.19. The manager walked by and asked, "How is everything?" but it seemed he wasnt really interested in a reply because he just kept on walking.

I am on a STRICT training diet to get back into the shape I would like to be in. I went in hoping they would accommodate my ridiculous requests. Sure enough, she made my grass-fed burger with a lettuce wrap instead of bread, no cheese, and cooked the burger without oil. They also gave me a large container for me to make my own salad at the salad bar. It was a great experience. The burger was DELICIOUS, salad was great and the service was amazing. I will definitely be returning to Your Burger.

I absolutely LOVE Your Burger! Not only was the food great (I had the black bean burger), but the service was fast, and most of all they were so friendly! They honestly care about what they are doing, and not just about getting money fast. They buy locally, which puts money back into our community, and are also helping to support children in the community who are unable to afford school supplies due to finances. I loved it, and I will tell everyone about you!

Great place to eat. They have the tastiest burgers and they have a fresh salad bar for you to put on your own burger toppings. They are the freshest and most healthy place to get a burger. They carry bean, veggie, and chicken too! They also have a juice bar! The owner Ken, is one of the nicest people I have ever met and he is also a veteran. I love to support locally veteran owned bussinesses.

They told me to get out because they close at 4 because of A/C issues. I walk in at 3:50 and ask if I could get a couple burgers to go and was told they shut everything down already. If the A/C is the issue wouldnt it make more sense to be open as the sun is going down not open during the hottest time of the day. If it wasnt for the rude behavior of the employees I wouldnt have had an issue.

I have had their juices and they are pretty good. I tried the burger and tho it was tasty, it was a little over done and dry. They do not ask how you want the burger as I like mine medium rare. I did like the fact that it was local, tho they do not say if any anti-biotics are used. I do like the idea of dressing it myself.
