Employees dont even know their own menu! I went in and ordered at the counter and I asked for a #7 combo meal and his immediate response was "ok... how many fries you want? " I said, "just the one it comes with." He looked confused and had to look up at the his own menu board behind him to get a clue. Seeing his confused reaction, I had to lay it out to him....I asked him, "so it comes with 3 Krystal chicks, a fry, and a drink right?". He nodded his head "yes". Next my wife asked for a #1 combo meal and he asked, how many Krystals do you want?". Confused by his question we explained to the gentleman what the combo meal was. He nodded and replied "I gotchu". Only got 1 fry and 1 drink out of both combos. Smh.

I like to visit this location on my way home from work (about 4:00AM) and I will continue to stop here for my dinner every Saturday morning. There is always a wait because they make the food fresh. Im usually asked to pull around by the front door and they have always brought my food out to me in a timely manner. Ive never felt like a burden or unwelcome here. The staff is great and this is one of the few places I am willing to spend my money at during the night shift.

Terrible night shift employees, very rude. One employee did that Crystals does not have honey mustard as a sauce, which is absurdly wrong. It took them over 20minutes to get my order of only 2 combo meals, DVD there was only 3 cats in line including me. They need to RE evaluate the night shift personnel.

This krystal is superior to others on the area, especially the Gallatin,TN location! This locations makes the food fresh made to order. The drive thru workers are friendly and the interior of the restaurant is CLEAN. Unlike my hometown.

Disappointed. Upped the prices, charges extra for gravy. Spent $6.87, should have just gone to cracker barrel. I used to come here all the time and get the express breakfast and spend less than 5 dollars.

The bread they use seems always fresh. Often you may wait a bit to receive your order but its hot and fresh. If your hungry for a Krystal, youll get satisfied here.
