got a big bag with two sandwiches and fries. double cheeseburger pretty undercooked, bread was soggy, condiments spewing all over the place. and for the spicy chicken sandwich, one humongous piece of lettuce which slid all over the place when i tried to inspect it, chicken had a big chunk slightly hanging off as if someone put a finger in or possibly just from taking it off whatever they cooked it in (microwave?) perhaps? also two huge blobs of mayonnaise on either side of the chicken sandwich.. fries ok, not great nasty after taste. old oil maybe. i will give a 1 star for this experience and another for about a year or two ago when i would get the big bag lunch w drink, fries, cookie, chili dog, and a cheeseburger for $5.. bring that back and 3.4 to 4 stars will be achieved

Im a kinda person if I think you need a good rateing ill give it when its needed but today was absolutely ridiculous we order our food and then we go to the second window and she hands us our receipt and it has the wrong food on it ! Uhhhh then we tell them at the window we ordered something different and they were makeing it seem like it was the right food that we ordered then we get the food and we look and its the wrong food in the bag after the fact the lady got rude with us , damn breakfast time is so much better We miss you Kayla brewer

I havent been to Hardees at this location in a while and now I remember why. I order a chicken cheese biscuit with bacon and egg, needless to say when I get home there is no egg and the chicken has a horrible after taste. Please change your cooking oil in a timely manner. The guy at the register was friendly so that was the reason I would even give them 1 star rating. My breakfast sandwich with a med drink came to 6 dollars and change. I wish I had went to Walmart and picked up a few things and made my own breakfast at home.

Always a good choice, Hardees is the only place around town to still get the "good" breakfast steak biscuit. Their curly fries are awesome, and they still serve the craziest, best burgers around in fast food. Service is quick, people are professional and food is always on point.

My go to place for breakfast, and sometimes a burger. I feel its a little pricey, but if you take advantage of the coupons they mail out, its worth it. ie: Biscuit and Gravy usually about $3.00, $1.50 with coupon. The food is usually great.

For "fast food" the burgers are remarkably good. A bit slow at times, because they dont cook ahead of time and leave food in the warmers, but usually worth the wait. More expensive than McDs or BK, but exponentially better quality food.

This has been the worse Hardees I have been to so far. I ordered a country ham biscuit and it looked like someone had say on it. The biscuit was crumbly and feel apart.

Frisco sandwiches seem to be a problem for Smyrna store. I order sausage in the morning and get bacon and about 20% of the time bread not toasted.

Hours are not posted correctly in the window. Dinning room says until 10:00, but closes at 9.00. At least thats what I was told.
