Arrived at here at 10:20am, they didnt open till 10:30am. So I stood outside and waited? 10:30 on the dot, the lady unlocked the door. I walked up to order and nothing but fried rice and orange chicken was ready?? Nobody would come to ask me what I wanted as the lady that unlocked the door, stood and looked at me from the office door like I wasnt there? After 5 min, I asked here from across the kitcken, "Can someone take my order?" She yelled back to me, "We dont have anything ready?" I asked her, didnt you unlock the door for business at 10:30?? She just stuck both arms in the air and gave me a dirty look? Your business survives on the REPEAT CUSTOMER! You have just lost one for good? I would get my priorities in line before you lose any more! A simple explination when I came through the door would have saved you a customer? You cant arrive for work at a business like you have 15 minutes before you open your doors? Goodbye and good luck!

I have never given a bad review...After eating here probably for the last time I must let you know to go in and see the food you are ordering....A year ago, you had awesome staff and excellent food..It would be worth waiting on and you could come through the drive thru and know it wasnt old...Now staff has really bad attitudes and a none care attitude of what food they give out...The food has gone down especially the afternoon shift..I use to eat here every other day...I want be back unless they change ....Very sad...I know the owner has got to be feeling the drop.......

I love that the staff is always friendly. Whenever i ask for fresh food, they always accomodate. Long lines are usually less than a 10 minute wait and customers arent usually waiting for anything more than fresh batches of food. Again the service is great and i have visited at different times of the day and i still get great service!

I dont know whats going on with Panda Express. The food quality has really gone down. The Noodles were hard, and the rice was extremely dry. We found the same at Panda in Fresno, California and Kingman, AZ. Good thing we have Wok & Roll here in Florence, Alabama

I witnessed a caucasian girl who works here come out the restroom and NOT wash her hands. She went straight back into the kitchen like nothing ever happened. Nasty.
