Well, the food looked good aside from the fact there was a smoldering cigarette but in my bag I discovered after opening just before throwing away not to mention the driver didnt want to leave his vehicle, which belongs in a junk yard if you ask me, because he said on the phone it was too cold to walk the ten feet to my door from the parking lot, so I had to meet him at his junket in freezing weather in my night shorts and house shoes to get my own food. After that I decided to give him a 1 dollar something tip and he told me it was required minimum of 2 dollars for some reason Ive never heard of before, also, he seemed drunk because he was walking side to side shaking my bag to hell getting out the car to give me my food, older creepy looking skinny man said his name was rick and said he had my number from a ticket asked me what my name was and if he could call me sometime and if i smoked weed. Never again will i order Chinese from delivery again in this town ever!

I really like China Star. The food is about what youd expect from the typical Chinese restaurant - nothing exceptional - but the service is fast and very friendly. I love the type of service you get when the owner works on-site and the employees take pride in what theyre doing. Im a regular, they always greet me by name and always remember my order. Sometimes theyll even ask how my wife and family are doing. So while most Chinese places are virtually the same I feel the service really helps China Star stand out.

Stopped in on the way through town, ordered teriyaki chicken and 2 pork egg rolls. Egg rolls were delicious and the white rice was as good as any really. But wow, what a bland and tasteless dish. The chicken had clearly never been marinated, and there wasnt a drop of teriyaki sauce to be found in a container puzzlingly full of water. I literally had to stop and drain said container to keep it from spilling. Might have been a one time thing, maybe they just forgot to use sauce? But Im not likely to go back.

I called and ordered for a pickup. The girl on the phone was very nice. I was told 10-15 minutes. I got there in five minutes. My food was sitting on the counter already bagged. I got home less than five minutes and the food was barely warm and it was the most tasteless Chinese food Ive ever had. In the bottom of the bag was a lot of liquid . Great service, bad food.

We ordered it at work, two seperate orders. They decided to put both rice orders in one box. When i called to ask were my rice was, they told me they put it in one box to "share" for the two orders. Well first off i ordered two larges, they sent one and made me pay for the other. Even though my reciept said 2 large rice on it. Would not waste futher business on them.

I tried the food here several times to see if my few experiences were isolated occurrences. I was wrong All the food served here is extremely greasy and has off flavors. If you want much better food for about the exact same price, go one block west to Red Sun in the Jewel grocery store plaza.

Before I got married I ate here at least once a week for the last 4 years, and before that I was going regularly since I was in 15. My wife and I still go every few weeks! Ive had maybe 3 bad meals in the years Ive been going. Staff is usually friendly, food is really good.

The man was so disrespectful and he kept hanging up on me and the food wasnt fully cooked damm I cant believe there open, they should close all these places down !! Plus the place is dirty and has cockroaches !!!

The negative reviews are BS. Been eating here for years, never greasy, never a mistake in my order. Always very, very good. Service is prompt and courteous. Great eggrolls too. Generals chicken best Ive ever had.

Be very explicit when ordering or your veggies are almost raw. Check your food before paying else any error is your fault. I will not order from there again. They are very rude and lie straight to your face.

Make sure to check your order. We ordered a combo plate sweet and sour chicken and a large sweet and sour chicken bit the combo plate was just a smaller portion of the large order. Not as the menu said.
