I came back to the store because they had given out a coupon for a free kids meal with the purchase of an Entree Plate good through Saturday, September 9, 2017. When I ordered my food they said the coupon was only good on Tuesdays. On the backside of the coupon is an advertisement for Family Fun Day on Tuesdays. I felt publicly embarrassed by how they handled the situation and my 7-year-old daughter and I left without purchasing the food. The backside of the coupon is nothing connected to the front and only advertises one of their activities. Think about it, why would a coupon be good through SATURDAY, September 9th if you could only use it on Tuesday? Even if I had been wrong about the coupon, there is a way to handle this that doesnt put someone on the spot with a dozen strangers around. I get it, they are just kids working there. But shouldnt there have been a manager who stepped in to fix the issue? I dont think I will be frequenting that particular restaurant any more.

Very bad customer service/ serveur If you dont want us to taste your food then why keep the tasting section!! Kept us waiting for our carry out and gave less food than the usual amount served! Btw it was our first time ever for Panda Express and would not go to any of its chain as this experience ruined the first impression that couldve been a long term Chinese takeout goto place !! Thanks a lot for nothing! You need to check your customer service representative/servers

The food was fresh and very good and the restaurant was very clean - but most especially the staff was extremely friendly. (Long story short) I inexplicably left my cell phone on the table and I came back to the restaurant 30 minutes later - the staff immediately greeted me and handed my phone over to me. I could not be more grateful for their honesty.

I have always loved their food. Chow mein with orange chicken is really really intoxicating. Mix it with the Angus steak and WOW. Its kind of expensive but totally worth it once in a while. Employees are usually friendly. Highly recommended.

A very average Panda Express. Never had any problems with is. The floors seemed to always be sticky when we went in and some kind of soda always needed changing. Otherwise, the food was just as you would have hoped.

I love Panda Express. However, this one was built in a smaller little strip, and seems to be constantly packed. Im not sure if the one in the mall is gone, but Id bet the wait there is shorter.

This is by far the best Panda Express I have ever ate at. The quality of how they prepare their steak is amazing. Had to come back the next night and it was just as amazing. Good job.
