This place has messed up simple chicken & rice the two times I have ordered out. I finally called the manager and was told to bring the food in that they messed up and that they would replace the rice but not the chicken. How disgusting is that? What are they going to do with the old food, give to someone else??? Refused to refund my money or help me. I cant believe a restaurant would ask you to return food. Isnt that a health regulation of some sort? Will NOT return.

I am giving 3 stars because service is great but and food is good portions are plenty. However, the lobby needs a good cleaning with the ceiling area being dirty, makes one wonder about the restaurant over all cleanliness. This is a big issue, but hasnt stopped me from patronage, just slowed down a lot. This Motos as opposed to the one in Colonial heights, Ft Henry Dr. does not give you the soup on a carry out

The food was good, but being forced to watch two employees eat their food from to-go boxes at the cash register followed by touching their faces, chewing while seating customers, putting their feet up on the counter....and never going back to wash their hands was too much!! How are they passing health code and where is the management?!?

Went to dinner with my family... Large portion, good value, you can see while cooking and everything is very clean! And I would highly recommend eating there! And with the price you cant beat it!!

Ive not had a bad experience at Moto but I also havent had much of a reason to go back. Its your run-of-the-mill Japanese restaurant with a much more limited menu than other places in town.

Menu is a bit lacking. The "clear soup" tastes like bouillon. It was very salty. The ginger salad dressing was very good. The shrimp sauce wasnt as thick as I like it but it tasted good.

The food is great! My favorite is the Japanese onion soup they give you as a starter. The salad is OK but not amazing, but I love the shrimp sauce dressing.

Good/standard hibachi cooked Japanese style food. I like the yakiniku or shrimp and yaki but pretty much anything is good. Love the "shrimp" sauce.
