The egg rolls are the best thing on the menu. 1st Experience- I tried the mongolian beef and it was good nice portion but it was mainly veggies if I wanted 75% veggies I would have ordered veggie stir fry. 2nd Experience- I ordered the monogolian beef again but I requested white and green onions with my meat.Tell me why these smart asses sent me literally a diet portion of food no where near the first time I ate there. Im like ok maybe they felt insulted or whatever but still they specials are 7.39 a plate Ive had $5 plates with 4x the amount they gave me that day. 3rd Experience- I ordered wings and egg rolls .....I forgot to add a soda to my order and called to do so and he refused he said they had already charged my card and if I wanted just a soda I had to pay cash.ok whatever just bring me my food. 4th Experience- Two weeks went by and Im like ok Im gonna try this again ... I had set up an account on my prior orders bc I thought I would order more often from work but this time I decided to order as a guest.I ordered the TRIPLE DELIGHT which wasnt a delight at all. There was chicken shrimp and beef. I ate a piece of beef first. The sauce had no flavor what so ever which shocked me bc the Mongolian beef had a lot of flavor.Then I took a bite of the onion and spit it out bc it had a unsavory taste ...Im like ok a bad veggie and then I tasted a piece of chicken and it had the same taste like it had been sitting for days. I was upset but please note the egg rolls were good. I called this place and asked can I bring the plate back up there and I wanted to get Mongolian beef...I didnt ask for my money back. He told me no all the food is cooked fresh to order. I refused to argue with him about the quality of his food against the taste in my mouth.my co workers watched me spit the food out.Im not writing to down there food. The customer service is horrible.I should have asked for my money back when they gave me that tiny plate that day. BOTTOM LINE LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE...YOUR BUSINESS WONT LAST FOREVER IF YOU TREAT ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU TREATED ME .

Whatever you do dont order with a credit card. I called in an order and had gotten some chicken nuggets fot my son on top of what we ordered. I called back less than 2 minutes later and told them to take the chicken nuggets off because i didnt know my son had already eaten dinner. The guy told me he couldnt void my transaction or refund it because he had already processed it and said the credit card company charges them $1.50 for processing. I told him i didnt care that they hadnt cooked it or delivered it to me and i wanted my money back. He said "its just $4 maam" I asked him to let me speak to the manager or someone in charge and he just kept arguing with me. horrible customer service. Will not be ordering from here again

We chose the Thanksgiving Buffet here, because I was leaving for the coast the next morning and didnt want to cook. The food was well-prepared, and a fine variety was offered. The cost was $29 pp, which was fair for the fare. The prime rib was delicious as were the large shrimp on the salad bar. Ham and turkey were also available. My dad was not especially impressed, because he seems to enjoy the large troughs of food offered on other buffets. This one was done in small batches so the food was always fresh. Desserts were also tasty, but in this case I would agree that traditional items such as pie would have been superior to pumpkin mousse. That said the desserts were high quality and varied.

Sweet & Sour Shrimp is off the chain, large shrimp breaded with a topping of carrots and bell pepper and onion, chicken as well is white meat and huge portions, they are not afraid to show some love if u know what I mean.....Ohhh and if you like ribs, Suggest the appetizer cause their huge and the spare ribs will have you dancing waiting on those bad boogers to arrive and ya better have a toothpick ready.... Egg Rolls, They speak for themselves....Restaraunt very very clean....Delivery guys best customer service and prompt.

I have never been to the actual location, Ive only ordered delivery. My order has never taken longer than 45 minutes, the food is good and fresh and the customer service has always been pleasant. Ive ordered from the several times and only once the delivery guy forgot to bring an appetizer, when I called back they offered to credit it towards a future order. By the next time I ordered from them I had completely forgotten about my credit but the gentleman on the phone reminded me and added it to my order. Very nice.

I ordered food from this place just for them to deliver it to an address different from where they were told to carry it. 2 hrs later no food, debited my credit card, collected the food back never delivered it to me and never refunded monies. I asked to speak with the Manager who was very rude, lack professionalism, and absolutely no customer service skills. To top it off, the rice isnt real..It is counterfeit!!!!! I will never advise anyone to eat here....

I will never order from here again.i informed him of my last experience from ordering i received received fried rice instead of lo main. The guy told me he never makes a mistake ever in his life-then i told the guy i dont want argue i just want you check order before sending it out for customer-the guy was very rude and basically told me any excuse possible to keep my order a timely manner.very unprofessional this guy and horrible customer service.!!

Horrible!! First, waited an hour and 10 min for delivery that was supposed to be 45 min. I called after an hour and was told to wait my turn and that my food would be arriving in 5-10 minutes waited another 20 min. Food was disgusting the orange "chicken" soggy and no meat just bread. Horrible taste. Never again horrible since they leave pamphlets at my door every week. Never will we order from there again.

This was my favorite go to for Chinese food. I order at least once a week. Until earlier today! Delivery came and it was $14.00 I gave him a $20 then he tried to walk off with my change. Like at least ask me if I want my change dude. So I stopped him and asked for my change and he gave me the wrong amount back. Little iffy about ordering from here again. Overall food is delicious.

My girlfriend ordered for pickup, and they literally told us $23.50. I went to pick up the order and the guys says $25 even. Which was fine, but Im thinking to myself you all just said $23.50. That already came off a little fishy to me. The food was decent, but the platters were the size of a kids meal. They wont get another penny from me. Totally janky!!!

Sad to say I was very disappointed. I had the pineapple chicken, absolute zero taste and the sauce (tasteless as well) was thin as water. Four of us had food today from this establishment (06-17-2016) and all gave it a zero for taste. So for this zero stars! May try again but four out of four zero stars maybe not. We all had different entrees.
