Went here with my family after my Grandfathers funeral. Staff was very nice and prompt but the food is bland awfulness. Bread has no taste whatsoever, I added some salt to the marinara in hopes of boosting the taste of the bread. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo and it seemed as if I was eating food with my nose plugged. Heres a tip: Garlic is your friend. The consensus for all of our meals was the same whether it was spaghetti, baked lasagna, chicken parm, whatever. Please get your food quality up to par with your service and you will flourish, if not you will be nothing more than a memory.

Our table never received refills, we had to get up and go ask the owner about dessert (he wasnt very friendly), and no one that worked there smiled the entire time we were there. It wasnt overwhelmingly busy, so Im not sure what the deal was. The food was good, but the service/lack of personality from the wait staff made us not want to come back.

On a positive note, the lemon chicken soup was delicious. Unfortunately, the gnocchi dish and pizza were awful. The gnocchi tasted like they bought it premade and the spinach on the pizza looked and tasted like it came from a can. Very disappointed in the quality of the ingredients.

Very popular with locals and the owners give back to the community. Bread sticks are a meal by themselves. Huge meal portions. Ranch dressing is awesome. Servers are friendly. The wait on food can feel long, but everything is cooked to order so slow down and enjoy the conversation.

We go to Gondolier all the time. We located here 5 years ago and until Gondolier opened could not find a decent pizza or any other italian food. The owner is friendly and works very hard to give everyone great personalized service and food. Highly recommend.

Service good, BUT this is supposed to be an Italian restaurant. So wheres the spices in the sauces? Its all so bland and tastless; even ChefBoyardee from the can has more flavor than their marinara. My God people, cant you use some garlic , or something, huh?

We just finished eating here and the general consensus was that this is the best Italian food we have ever had. Coming from the northeast and being full Italian, the food had the best flavor and was nice and fresh. Definitely coming back!
