I pre-ordered food to pick up at 1 PM. I arrived at 1:05 PM, and I was not helped at the check-out until 1:09 (there were several people served ahead of me in the line). The food was then STARTED to be prepared at 1:12, and I did not leave until 1:22. I was not even given all of my food, as I had to come back for an item that they had left out. Furthermore, I didnt even receive a simple apology from the staff until after I voiced that the food was now 15+ minutes late. I used to frequent this store often but I will not be back.

Amazing food and an affordable price. This is a new up-and-coming restaurant chain started here in Columbus. Think of it as an Italian Chipotle - same price range, same line-style preparation. It can be busy around lunch so I would advise getting there before 11:45 or after 1 if youre looking to skip the lines. So many options - Piada (a wrap style), pasta bowl, salad bowl, different sauces and veggies and meats. Ive been looking forward to them expanding and it is my new favorite place to eat.

Piada is by far my favorite fast food Italian place in the city. The portion sizes are on the large side and everything Ive had here has been delicious. Make sure to try their specialty fountain beverages rather than the same old stuff you can get anywhere. Ive visited this location several times and have had a pleasant experience each time. Service has been quick and friendly. Definitely stop here if youre looking for a quick bite at Easton.

My favorite place to eat at Easton. You get this huge bowl of noodles, tons of veggies, a pick of meat (I love the Italian sausage), tons of toppings, and whatever sauces you want...all for $7. Nothing in this area is inexpensive. This is great, quality food and doesnt break the bank. Actually, one time we were there, a manager went around passing out coupons for a free meal. Nothing but good experiences.

Been to Piada Italian Street Food in king of Columbus, OH many times and always good. Stopped for an early dinner so wasnt very crowded. Got the lasagna which was outstanding and the server was great, which you dont always get when dining alone. If you are looking for a nice, casual Italian dinner its a great choice. Also some outside seating out back. Good choice.

Love the calamari piada! Also the piada sticks are basically heaven if youre a fan of fried bread and cheese (aka, a human..) The menu is super customizable, just like Chipotle/etc., but for italian street food - this location is probably my favorite in the Columbus area!

Delicious food and very creative restaurant with nice Indoor and outdoor seating. I will Chipotle quick service style restaurant Slightly more expensive than Chipotle Piada will cost about 11.50 with drink Chipotle about $9 Would highly recommend

I absolutely love this restaurant! I think Im obsessed because I crave it at least once a week, sometimes twice. It has been consistently delicious every visit. They need to make one closer to the East side of Columbus.
