Shady, wont be going back.Purchased a coupon from Half Off Depot and made the trip to west Knoxville to visit this location. I had been there many times previously years ago when I lived in that area and always had fond memories of the restaurant. When we arrived we told the staff we had the Half Off coupon who said they would verify it. A manager came back and told us that the coupon was already used (it wasnt) and that he would take the receipt form, photocopy and file it, so that we couldnt continue scamming them. It was very embarrassing. I have never before been accused of stealing and was rather angry at the accusation. We left and had a lovely dinner at Calhouns on Bearden Hill.

Our party arrived about 30 minutes before closing. It did not matter to the staff. We were not rushed and were not neglected, even though the doors were "locked" and exterior signs were turned off while we were eating. We were the last to leave and the staff remained jovial as we paid our bill and collected our "doggy bags." Naturally, their actions were rewarded by an especially large tip on our part.

Had another wait stuff member (or manager) sit down at my table uninvited to tell me that another wait stuff member told me I was cute, neither who were my sever. Flattering but inappropriate!! The food wasnt even all that good, had this actually been me server I would have told them Im not paying for it, but I felt no need to punish my server by voiding the order and not leaving a tip.

Not your typical Italian restraunt. Good food not top rung, well priced. Calamari with there Cajun horseradish sauce is a well chosen delite. Surprise to me catered with fresh bread. The ontree of choice tonight was egg plant parmesan. Well prepared with a red sauce unlock traditional Italian. Heart and soul in the kitchen. Recommended...

You will not find a better pizza in Knoxville. The dough is excellent, the toppings are generous and full of vibrant taste! The atmosphere is excellent for families and businesses. My family of 4 children and wife eat here every weekend. Portions are generous, price is perfect, and quality is superb.

Amazing service. But ordered the taste of Italy. The lasagna was the worst thing Ive ever tasted. The spaghetti was just bland. The manicotti was the only thing I actually enjoyed on the plate. Didnt take but only one or two bites from the other options. But the server was amazing!

Awesome food and a great staff but dont use your debit card here. I bought a pizza back in November and they didnt take the funds out of my account until December. A month later. Who does this? Why wasnt the money taken right then and there? It shouldve been. Its very frustrating.

Had a communication error with our order. Talked to the Manager and he was very polite and understanding. He remade our order for the next day and went out of his way to make things right by taking care of us. The food was awesome! Thank You Carson and crew at Cedar Bluff! A++

We visit here often for lunch following Dr. appointments in the area as we drive an hours from home to Knoxville. We live Gondelier near our home and this one here. Always great service and delicious tasty food. Definately a great place for lunch or dinner.
