Unfriendly staff. The guy put chocolate syrup in my blizzard when I didnt order it that way, and way too much of it. I couldnt even eat it, so asked them if I could get one remade with just vanilla. The second one was barely mixed but I know how to stir... Another person was refilling the ice cream condiments and dropped some on the floor. After picking them up with her bare hands, she did not wash her hands. Gross.

The food tastes the same as any other Dairy Queen, but its immediately obvious that whoever owns this franchise doesnt care to maintain the building. This location desperately needs a maintenance man to make some major repairs in the short term and should invest in a handy man for the future. The HVAC, caulking, ceiling tiles and bathroom fixtures are all in ill repair. On top of that, the parking lot is tiny.

The blizzards at this DQ have been below average for DQ for some time now. The last time we went, the guy working the Drive through even yelled over to the person making the Blizzards that they were too runny, and then proceeded to hand it to us like we had not just heard him say that it wasnt correctly made to the other employee.

The ice cream here is as good as it has always been. The parking lot holds about 10 cars in total. Theres this one guy that works drive-thru, he has the most monotone voice Ive ever come across. I dont know if hes like that outside of work, but he sure is consistent while on the clock.

There was this tall white bald guy or skin head that was so disrespectful and hostile towards my mother when he got our order incorrectly. He didnt apologized but instead angrily took our 2nd order and made fun of my mothers accent to his crew members. Whoever that guy is needs to be fired.

Blizzards aint cheap, but theyre amazing when made correctly. This DQ does it right: they get the "stuff" mixed well all the way to the bottom of the Blizzard, instead of leaving 20% of unmixed vanilla at the bottom. I hate it when that happens...but these guys get it right.
