Terrible customer service with rude clerks that seem to scream right in your face: "why on earth would you want to eat in our restaurant?! Well make sure you never want to eat here again." Clerks also loudly and openly jeer about how dumb the previous customer was, when that and other customers were clearly within earshot. Small serving sizes compared to other franchises in this chain. You can find better, friendlier Mexican food just one block north, west, or south of this crappy Qdoba.

I visit this particular Qdoba often, but today was an exceptional day. I found myself in a conundrum with my order, to no fault of the staff. Whatever the case, Mr. Girard made everything better. I am a consumer who is all about customer service, and Mr. Girard made sure to provide above satisfactory customer service and tended to my dietary needs. I most certainly will continue to visit this location and recommend this restaurant to other foodies.

Two days ago I went to the UPenn Qdoba with my wife. Mistakenly I ordered a chicken burrito for my wife rather than a steak one. After we got into a mini confrontation with my wife the manager picked up that something was wrong and provided an extra burrito to correct specifications without taking compensation (basically forcing an extra burrito on us). That was surprising and very nice. You don’t see that very often.

Being that Qdoba is a chain, the experience isnt much different from location to location. I actually like them more than Chipotle for their selection including the queso option on their burritos. This particularly location is always bustling with college students and it has plenty of seating. Its clean but the staff can be a bit surly.

I like the Qdoba taste more than Chipotle. Both chains offer similar menus at similar prices, but Qdoba grilled fajita veggies have a smokier taste and Qdoba meats are juicier and more marinated so my choice is Qdoba over Chipotle. Definitely add fajita veggies to your dishes!

The service sucks! The cashier had a attitude as soon as me and my friends walked in she was very rude and they messed our order up and when we told her she got smart and walked out! The manger was no help at all she allowed her to come back and work like nothing ever happened.

Please re train your staff so they know the expectations of giving good hospitality to your customers. Store was very dirty and all the employees behind the line were very rude. After spending $10 at your poorly ran qdoba I know have a bad taste in my mouth so thanks for that!

Ive been eating here since I was 15 I am am 22 and I have no complaints BUT just a fair warning. they had a new cook. so if you go in the next week and your food isnt all that dont blame the whole restaurant its the new guys there.lol

I had the Blueberry BBQ and the beef & bacon. It was amazing! I love the Cilantro Lime Crema and Pico de Gallo salsa.We came in at 1 so we got the $10 deal. It has 2 tacos, a side & regular drink. BEST $10 dollars I ever spent!

Qdoba over Chipotle any day! I stop in at least once a week and Im always greeted by happy employees. The Chicken burrito bowl is my go to and you must grab the nachos and guac to go — perfect for that afternoon snack at work!

It was fast food, done pretty well. The food was fairly priced and was quite flavorful. I got the 3 taco deal and really liked them all. The place was clean and my partner and I both had a pleasant dining experience.

I love Qdoba period but this location has a lot of seating, and quick and friendly staff. My only complaint is the restroom could have been cleaner and stocked with toilet paper.
