The last times i have been to this burger king at night I HAVE HAD AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE, the lady on the speaker says "go head whitcho order" then when you are ordering SHE INTERUPTS!!!!!!!! the other day i ordered a whopper i said NO mayo she responds with "BUT UH IT COMES WIT MAYO" i know the hell it does but i dont want MAYO!!!!! what is so hard about that, not only that but she is extremely rude next time i hope to catch her name. Theres other people looking for jobs who will be nice to customers she isnt one of them. and then as im waiting 25 minutes with only one car in front of me i pull up only to see that they put MAYO on my burger how hard is it to get it right, we will NOT be back to this burger king. we will go to taco bell next door instead!!!!! they are nice and know how to get orders correct!!!! I understand mistakes happen but theres no excuse for the RUDE ASS EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE.

They messed up our food order , the condiments were wrong on the 4 Whoppers with Cheese, the fries were nasty and cold , tasted old . Service needed a lot of improvement , no smiles , no thank you , extremely non responsive, seemed to not care if we were there or not . Did an online complaint as well. Wont make the mistake of stopping there to eat again . I dont live in Columbia , I live near Bowling Green , Kentucky. Was very disgusted with the obviously EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND FPPD QUALITY .

The past several times I have been, the service has been absolutely HORRIBLE! Every time I go through the drive through the lady there wants to have an attitude or rush me as Im trying to order. I understand its "Fast Food" and your on a time limit in drive through, but isnt customer satisfaction a thing? Stop rushing and let me order and Ill be on my way. "Have it your way" my ass.

The manager (Name tag read "Billie") was extremely rude to the customers and the employees. She repeatedly degraded the employees based on appearance and ethnicity. Plus she/he (the lines were blurred) refused me when I asked for extra napkins, and called me a "godless communist bastard". Im a conservative, words hurt.

Last night a person named Billy was very rude and basically threw my food on my table and also a guy named Jay winked and gave me his number and said come back again pretty boy and also a guy named Brandon was screaming in the freezer saying Jay harder
