Id rather drive to the one in Joelton. When the Springfield DQ opened I was super excited and was one of the first to try it out. The burgers were top notch and had a smokey "outdoor-grilled" flavor. They have very quickly gone down hill though. Like the last reviewer, my main complaint is that they havent gotten my order right in FIVE times now. The first two incidents I ordered sweet tea and both times got hot unsweet tea. After that came food issues. I ordered a number one and got a plain burger instead with no bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, nothing, nada, zilch. Next time I ordered a one and made it clear I wanted my freaking bacon. Got a burger with just bacon and nothing else. The next time, same order, received a bacon-less burger with toppings sloshed onto one side of the burger/loose in the wrapper. I also tried their butterfinger blizzard once and the candy was so finely grated it was basicly vanilla ice cream. Hate to say it but I aint going back. 5 chances is enough. Also the burgers themselves dont taste great like they did the first day.

I know every time isnt going to be perfect, and almost every time I have eaten there, I have issue. When I order kids meals the sides are wrong. I ordered a cheese curds and get charged for the dipping sauce (nickel and diming a customer should be told to the customer before they pay) and the items on the menu get dropped (we quit going regularly when they quit putting vegetables on the $5 meal hamburger). On the positive note my husband loves eating there because you have banana splits, unlike Sonic who got rid of them, you give the option of vegetables on the $5 hamburger meal, and I dont have to peal the strip off the kids meal to get their ice cream -Id forget to take it off and it would get ketchup or drink on it and it was a mess. I know you cant keep employees, but there was a cashier (African American man in his late 30s or 40s) who worked there 3 yrs ago. My 3 yr old had broken her arm, and he was golden in customer service to is. Aside from the food, his demeanor was worth going there. I was sad when I figured out he didnt work there.

No need to go in to details, its the same things everybody else complains about--ice cream at drive through window is melted by the time you get up to the window. "Its not melted, just well blended" is their line. No, its been sitting there waiting for you to get up to the window. There is always some issue with the food--not what you ordered, sometimes not even the right item--burger instead of grilled cheese, etc. Drink selection in their machine is sporadic--guessing they forget to order replacements until theyre out, then it takes 4-7 days to get it in. Glad somebody suggested the one in Joelton, Im willing to go a distance to get good food and service.

I came through the drive thru and ordered a German Chocolate Blizzard. I know this is not a normal menu item, but I know they do exist. I ordered one made with chocolate ice cream.. which was fine. But I had VERY little coconut... no pecans.. and no caramel. These are the items that go in this dessert. I know. Dairy Queen was my very first job at age 16..some 41 years ago. Needless to say, Ive very unhappy because had my heart set on this treat. Not sure if Ill go back there to order a blizzard from this facility. You do however have great chicken tenders. Thanks!

Went through the drive thru...ordered a peanut buster parfait.....when I got it the ice cream was all melted.....the employees were complaining about their supervisors or the customers saying "wonder what would happen if we all walked out of here"....totally unprofessional. They should have made the parfait when I got to the window instead of letting it sit there while the drive thru line lasted 10 minutes from the time of the order to the time you get to the window. Horrible experience!

Whats up with this DQ? Amazed that items that we have grown to love are no longer available to order? No longer offer snickers blizzards and dont carry coconut any longer? WHAT? Service here has gone downhill in a short time and can never get what you can get from other DQs!

We had to clean our own table when we came in. Place wasnt really busy. Out of a few things that we ordered. Was given a dirty drink cup. And the manager on night shift was on a personal call in the lobby where customers could here. The most helpful was CJ.

I have tried this place three times hoping that the service would get better. This is a new fast food location and I know that people have to be trained but that is not an excuse. They have never got any order of mine correct and I am never going back.

Asked the gentleman if they did lettuce wraps with the burgers and he stated no so I asked for no bun...the gentleman who took my order made the burger and still made it with the bun.
