Walked in on 6/22 to have my birthday dinner with my significant other. Waited 10 minutes before someone acknowledged that we had walked through the door. Sat down at our table. Waited yet another 10 minutes for the waitress to come get our drink orders. We ordered 2 waters and a drink from the bar. The waters came almost immediately, but then we waited roughly 10-15 more minutes to get the drink from the bar (mind you, it was a Thursday night and the restaurant MAYBE was at 75% capacity). We ordered our food, 15 boneless wings, an order of chili cheese fries, and a chicken sandwich with fries. Pretty simple right? After about 35-45 minutes of waiting our food finally comes out. Sauce on the wings was wrong and they were barely warm. The chicken sandwich was okay, but the fries were almost cold. Being the understanding people that we are, we didnt address the situation then with our waitress because I know that often times it is the kitchen that causes most of the grief for them. However, looking around the restaurant, I could see that most of them were laughing, cutting up, and showed ZERO sense of urgency to take care of the customers. We ate our food, had to ask for the check, paid our bill (still tipped the waitress and adequate amount). On our way out, I asked to speak with the manager on duty. I had a nice conversation with her and she seemed to understand, but only really offered me the district managers contact information. I explained that I didnt want that, I just wanted her to address the situation with both the kitchen and the serving staff so that other people dont have to put up with below-par food and service like we experienced that night. She seemed to understand and appeared to be sincere about her apologies. I used to go to this place all of the time growing up, its a shame to see it half empty and the service so pitiful. Maybe that manager will take some responsibility and hold some people accountable because if not, this place will not make it.

This is the worst location we have ever been to. We came last weekend as a party of 15. We were seated together at 4 different tables and werent allowed to put our tables together. We waited an hour just to order and over 2 hours just to get our food. Our waitress only had our party and no other tables. Now, I will say it wasnt her fault, but it was the managers. He had her put everyones order in seperatly yet held everyones food to come out together. Half of it was cold. Some got food 30 minutes before the rest of us. It was a disaster. One of our members complained about the service. The manager scolded our waitress, when it wasnt her fault. It was the kitchens and his fault for doing whatever in the name of god he was doing. Then another member complained. He ended up giving us some free meals. Ok. So the hubby and i decided to give them another chance tonight and use our free meal. Well that was a big fat no. We were told they were not allowed to seat us for 45 minutes because its taking too long for the food to come out of the kitchen. So they refused us. Didnt even ask if wed like to stay and wait. Just said they werent allowed to seat us so they aint going to. Needless to say. We wont ever be back.

When I lived in Hermitage and the Hooters on Lebanon Pike was announced I was elated. From the time they opened until I moved away I ALWAYS received exceptional service and food. I was in Hermitage yesterday and decided to stop by my old favorite spot to reminisce and have lunch. Walked in and noted the dramatic renovations to the place since I was last there…looked great. From there…not too much else was great. Note the place was not busy at all. Service: During my hour visit, the bartender Sarah spent 40 minutes of that time talking to a group of her friends at the bar. Getting her attention was like trying to flag a cab in NYC during a blizzard. Food: Some of the scrawniest wings I have ever seen. I remember when coming here before the wings were large and meaty. These wings must have come from a 3rd World Country starving from famine for the last 50 years. And it wasn’t only my plate…saw the same for all of the wings coming from the kitchen. Kitchen: Sounded like total chaos in there. Saw the waitresses go to the window several times inquiring about the length of time it was taking for the food to come out. Bottom line…my memories of this establishment were essentially dashed.

First off i tipped the waitress before we ordered any drinks etc. First time that i have done this, expecting great service. NOT. Ordered drinks and apps, and oysters to start... drinks came, apps came. NO oysters. Ordered entrees. Then was informed that they were out of oysters. After i ordered. Reason for going there.... yep the oysters. Anyway, had mahi, sandwich and fries.... cold fries, had replaced. Also had ordered side of crab cluster... oopppss. Kitchen forgot to fire but it will be right out..... 18 minutes later... still no crab cluster. Oopppss. Kitchen didnt see it ordered. Summation: poor service (Keisha) she left to get in her car half way through this, btw. Management comped the crab, and gave my military discount, but overall 2.

Horrible. First time here. Service was not good. I was passing through the area. And wanted to eat. And it looked quiet and clean. But service was horrible. I ordered an appetizer and 2 wing orders after 30 minutes my appetizer still had not been brought out. Waitress didnt even acknowledge it or apologize for the long wait . So I paid for my drinks and left. Will not be recommending this place.. Waitress was to busy hurrying to her some guy at another table sitting down talking while on the clock not concerned about customers. And I believe I was charged extra. But to eve. Be charged for drinks after such am inconvenience. I will be looking into why my card may have been charged more

Wow, its been a while since Ive been to this Hooters location, but my pregnant girlfriend wanted some wings so Hooters bound we were. At 9:30 on a Wednesday night we were turned away at the door even though literally half the restaurant was empty. The hostess explained the kitchen was backed up so they were not seating for an hour. Then the hostess went out on the patio and was talking about how slow business was with some guy. (Possible customer) Are you kidding me?

Worst experience I have ever had at this location. Use to come here every week, before moving oUT of town. Came to meet some friends that still live in the area. I HAVE CURRENTLY WAITED 45 MINS, AFTER ORDERING.....still waiting on my food. Friends ordered Beers,15 mins later they come out and tells them that their Beers are not even on tap. Come on!

Tried to call in a to go order, waited 20 mins someone picked up and hung up. Called back while driving there, 20+ minutes no one answered. Walked into the resturaunt waited 10 mins to be seated. When our waitress finally showed up we ordered. Waited on a beer for over 10 minutes. I realized while waiting why I stopped coming to this hooters....
