Dont usually like to write bad reviews but I could not let this one go by without letting people know. Just moved into the area and my wife was wanting Chinese take out. This place was the closest and shame on me for not looking at reviews. After waiting an hour for the order to get here I removed the food from the bag and something right off the bat didnt smell right I seriously gagged when I put the first fork full in my mouth! The food was definitely spoiled.. I ended up tossing the whole take out order in the trash and ordered at another local place close by. I called and spoke to the driver and he said he would relay my message to the owner but Im not expecting Ill hear anything so Ill probably dispute the $40 with my debit card. STAY AWAY PLEASE! BEFORE SOMEBODY GETS REAL SICK. I would of felt terrible if my kids and wife ate it and got sick.

We went into the store at 8:30 and more than half the chicken was gone. When I told the lady up front the chicken that I wanted she said sorry we arent cooking any more tonight. I dont understand how you quit cooking wait you sale?!? To me this is insane... shut down at 8:30 if your going to quit cooking at 8:30. On top of poor service and lack of product I get back to my hotel room and discover there are no utensils and my rice is under cooked. My husband runs 17 stores and I know this isnt the way to run one....

The food items had been on serving line too long overcook & dried. head cook was rude and loud with co-workers and customers. While we were there customer said that she would wait for the chow mein to come out the girl serving ask how long he rudely responded 10 min he was mad because he was ask to hurry once 10 min pass he just left the kitchen and customer was still waiting he did come out so we left

Good food for those who want a Chinese fix without the MSG. The only other Chinese place I know of is Canton, a Chinese buffet up the street. However, I dont always have time for Canton. Pandas food is good, usually fresh, but sometimes crowded with no place to sit. Its a little pricey too. Id like it a lot more of them served Coca-Cola instead of Pepsi, but at least the food is good.

Overpriced and stingy with entree portions. I got the honey walnut shrimp. I was given a miniscule portion despite the fact that they charge a dollar extra for it over other entrees. Overall what was listed as a cheap restaurant cost me almost twice what it should have and the food was anything but fresh even though the restaurant had been open a mere thirty minutes when I arrived.

Head & shoulders above any other fast-service Chinese restaurant in Williamson County. Its not P.F. Changs, but the food is delicious & the options are great. I give it 5 stars not because its as good of a restaurant as Sperrys or Flemings, etc. I give it 5 stars because it is so much better than the restaurants it competes with. Food is always fresh & service is always friendly.

They just opened and the food was soggy and stale. My walnut shrimp was cold and tasted frozen. The rice was under cooked. The service was horrible and they seemed like they could care less we were there. Will not be returning. Such a disappointment.

A different take on the Chinese dining experience. They offer a nice variety and the food tends to stay pretty fresh/hot as they cook portions continuously as needed. One thing is for sure, they give you plenty of food at a reasonable price.

Staff is nice, food is always good and fresh as they go through it fast. Portion size really depends on who is dishing it out. Some give more than others. It is on the expensive side so it cant be an everyday lunch thing.

The crew here seems a bit, well, disinterested compared to those from the other Panda Express locations in the area. This is also reflected in the lower quality and often old and stale food.
