If you place a To-Go order, definitely check your sandwich before leaving the building. We ordered the Club, and upon returning home discovered that there was no cheese and, aside from two strips of bacon, no meat on the sub. Since we were already home, we just made the most of it, but certainly wish we had caught it sooner.

Great subs. The girl who gave me my sub was friendly but the teller acted like she was doing me a favor by taking my order and money. I ordered a New York Steamer, when I got home I found they sent me with the Engineer. Check your receipt/order before you leave. Summer break strikes again

Really like these subs but the staff cant get an order right ever. My wife cant stand pickles and they do a great job to mark the bag with the non pickle sub but there is 7 out of 10 time a pickle in there. Other than that, one of our favorite places.

Giving this firehouse a 2 star rating because they did not give me a pickle with my meal, which is close to my favorite part of the meal, and also they did not cut my sandwich to go which made it very difficult to eat.

Great subs. Kept seeing their commercials but we dont have one within 50 miles so when i was staying at a nearby hotel i had to try it. Was great and everyone working there was polite and welcoming.

I love Fiehouse Subs, but I have to admit that I get the same sub every time; #7 which is tgeir Philly Cheesesteak. Something about it is so darn good. Their staff is also really nice.
