Great food and amazing service. I work close by and Im not able to leave my job site, I called and inquired about delivery. The young gentleman that answered told me they only do catering delivery for orders $50 and up. But he put the manager Lori on the phone and she was willing to accommodate me. That was just amazing and unexpected. I kept telling her she didnt have to go out of the way for me I understand the delivery policy and didnt expect them to change for me but she did. Lori personally brought me my order. Such great costumer service. Ill definitely be back to dine in or carry out. I dont expect to get the same special service I did today and Im ok with that. Im happy and greatfull she went above and beyond her job. Thank you Lori! You are very much appreciated!

Soup was a little stale. Sandwich was ordered without onions due to allergy. I explained this not only to the order taker, but also the delivery clerk that I spoke to after receiving my sandwich with onions on it. Instead of making a new sandwich they heated up the original sandwich and took off some of the onions but not all. This was a pretty rough experience, after being on the fence about Panera, i probably wont visit again. I dont recommend. Good luck and happy eating.

5:45 Saturday and they are out of baguettes. AGAIN!! I told the manager/help that this wasnt the first time and that its incredible because they are a BREAD company. How many times must I hear how unfortunate it is. Obviously they dont mind inconveniencing customers as long as they dont suffer any financial loss from non-sold baguettes. Local stores in INDY dont have this problem but more often than not when we visit relatives in MC.... blah blah blah

The food was better than the other locations that we have been to in the Detroit metro area, and the service was extraordinary. Linda was the manager this evening and she asked about how we felt about the service there. It was great! Thank you for the opportunity to compliment you on your service and your food.

Well the food is good, but its always missing something. Like they always dont have anymore of a certain bread, or they ran out of a meal. Often they dont even give you your whole order. I expect more from Panera. Fix this problem or i will no longer come and i will also advise other people

Great experience! We ordered a large amount of lunches for a meeting that needed to be delivered at a specific time. Was delivered as promised, packed well, very organized. Person who delivered was extremely helpful, had a great attitude. We will continue to order from Panera!

Had a great broccoli cheese bread bowl. The building was in great shape. Most importantly the staff was wonderful. I lost my purse there and they did an amazing job of helping me coordinate getting it back since I live in Milwaukee. I cant speak highly enough of them.

Maybe this Panera is an exception but Ive never seen such a tiny 1/2 sandwich before. The store being empty and 45 mins to closing time seemed to have slapped some half assed sandwich together. Very disappointed. Decided to go to the steak and shake next door.

Out of rye bread pretty consistently, across all their stores. Staff says they always run out. Doh! If you always run out, you may want to rethink your plan for how much you make each day.

The only issue I have with this location is the service, a lot of times the service window is slow, and if you forget your Panera card they will swipe there own. Kinda dishonest
