Me and my co-workers went for lunch, and it was NOT busy at all. We were seated right away. Drinks came out quick! But our waiter had to be reminded to check on our food. Our food for three of us, and when they werent busy, took 45 minutes to come out! Holy cow! And then we asked the waiter for our checks, he forgot to print them out and we had to remind him, all the while waiting some more and then making it back to work from lunch late, especially on a busy day when there was lots to do! When you have to ask the waiter twice for your check, not a good thing. The food was crappy, too, none of us liked our meals all that much. The food was edible, but not worth the $16 menu price. We had to rush through and eat it quickly because the waiter took so long to bring it out (and we had to remind him about that too). Dont go here for lunch if you dont want to be late for work afterwards! Complained to the manager and the manager gave all three of us our meals free though, which was nice.

It is very hard for me to right this(want to use a different language), as I am still upset. The waiter was extremely rude last night. If your establishment is only for certain people then put a sign up. The server, when not the waiter, she had a smile and the greeter was friendly. When the waiter severed us he wanted you to take stuff out of his hands and not place on the table, he walk by and would mumble under his breathe, he talked to all other tables except ours, he would take long time periods to come to our table, when we asked for things he wouldnt bring them, and he keep rushing us. Brought the check before we were done and then looked like you still here? This place has an eerie feeling, a certain vibe. The establishment itself was too dark and cold. Dont offer endless apps if they are not or post you have a limit. The food was not appetizing, with little cheese or toppings, dry. Most of the food was hot. This is just not the place for my kind of people, trust me!.

My husband and I loved going here because of the endless apps so we went two weeks ago we waited for waited to bring us the menu for endless apps he informs us that his General manager came in and said cut the endless apps to only 4 choices and raise the price from 9.99 to 12.99 even tho they still had it on there website and commercial s still running for it he said he realized all of that it was a glitch they where trying to get advertising down but that even tho they still had the advertising going they would not honor it he never offered to get the manager he just said we will not honor it he also said this is just for the Tennessee stores that all other tgif would still have it very disappointed will not be back

Management here is incompetent at best. The service is terrible. Apparently the only time you can get a manager to show up on the floor is when they ask law enforcement the to leave. I am uncomfortable that law enforcement is not there. If this manager spent more time correcting the many issues in this restaurant perhaps the service e would be better. I will never visit another TGI until this management is fired not transfered fired..This is unacceptable. I, my family nor my friends will visit this chain again nor any of its affiliates. Upper management should send a clear message.

The food was excellent. We all had endless apps and every option was delicious. The server was lacking in knowledge of drink options, had no waiting etiquette, was not attentive, and just overall very disappointing. Thank goodness for good Co-workers - not one time did our server deliver our food, but just servers did. This was not food runners- these were servers who had other tables and were delivering to their own tables around us. The atmosphere was good. The food was excellent. Price was great. Very clean. Service was horrible.

Terrible service. Ordered dinner and cocktails, 45 minutes later we still didnt have our drinks, or dinner- not to mention the place was empty. Asked to speak with a manager, no one ever came over. We had to walk out. Worst service experience ever. I will NEVER go back to this TGI Fridays...Now reading that they dont serve law enforcement, I see why the place was empty... this place will be closed in no time. I dont think I will ever return to a TGI Fridays knowing that they let this manager continue to run his franchise like this.

Terrible Service!!! It took 30 minutes (and three requests) to get our drinks. 45 minutes to get our appetizer served (and we had to flag a staff member down to get it because our waitress was busy talking to friends.) Dinner came immediately after the appetizer-before we could even take a bite of appetizer! We had to ask for our previously-ordered desserts to go because we had been there nearly two hours already!!! I will never return to this location again!

I will never eat in this Franchise again. I want to feel safe when I go to a Restaurant and spend my hard earned money. I sit facing the door so I can be safe and take in my surroundings. I did not plan on being shot in the back by the manager. I will eat at establishments where I feel safe and where All Law enforcement and Armed Forces are welcomed

Very very slow service. We waited at least 30 minutes for our order to be taken. After a little over an hour waiting for our food and our waiter completely ignoring us, we ended up leaving. I hope they actually made our food and ended up wasting money. Well never try to eat here again. All the staff needs to be replaced with new employees if you ask me.

Do not get the ribs they have their cows on a diet ordered a half rack received 5 bones complained received 4 more bones total of 9 bites of meat for 12.99 they took off my bill and said they just had a bad run of ribs lately.Food was sub par will not eat here again.Beer was ice cold and delicious will be back for drinks but will skip the food.

Seems if you are going to set up endless apps you shouldnt get berated when you order. Ordered the apps and got told " you know how this works...no coupons..no discounts and no shareing" wow can you chill a little...its appetizers not steak and lobster. If its this much of a loss why do it. Just to berate a customer?...does not make sense.

Menu is horrible , side choices are non existent , service was slowest I have ever seen . Will never go there again . Ordered a burger , waited 55 minutes and place was half empty . The pickles where the hottest thing I the plate . Restaurant was very dirty as was the staff . The place should be closed down

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, paper towels everywhere toilets were dirty and leaking plus my shoes STUCK to the floor. Service was extremely slow and the food wasnt that great. Honestly just go to Mcdonalds - there fries arent cold and there burgers arent chard. I wont ever come again.
