Its a B-Dubs, nothing special, but youd think it was a Cheescake Factory or something more higher end the way folks around here rave about it. Very high turnover rate with their waitstaff which isnt too uncommon with corporate type restaurants like this, but there is a trainee shadowing my server nearly every time I go there. Have had more than one server that took our orders without writing them down, and when food was brought to the table, it was wrong. Im not going to be annoyed if you take a minute to write down what I am saying, but if you bring me the wrong food, then we might have an issue. If youre going to sit in the bar area, make sure you sit wherever Chard ISNT tending to. He overcharges for wings on wing night, serves beer that is 2 oz shy of being full like clockwork, and in general is a bit of an oaf. Pretty sure he dont know nothing about Pearl Jam.

Food is good but...took forever to get it was told they ran out of "something" and the manager would take of our snack boneless wings..and then received ticket and no adjustments were made...then waited forever to cash out...the experience here has gone down hill! This is just one of a few bad visits to this location! Walked out last time! Should have learned!

Dont know about how the food is, restroom stench was overpowering when we walked in the door. Not only did it burn and make my eyes water, I could taste the smell. Close the place down and clean and sanitize the bathrooms!!!! We left without eating, not that it mattered there were no customers or restaurant staff to be seen.

Service is poor need better servers. Last visit on 8/4/17 got my food cold and it took about an hour to get it they only had 4 tables. I asked to have the wings change because we could not eat them and all they did was pop them in the microwave.
