This was by far the worse Five Guys I have ever eaten at... I tried them 3 months ago for the first time and had a bad experience then. Today however I was craving Five Guys so I talked myself into the hopes they mayve fired their grilling crew and got some new cooks. Well we have the soggiest and saltiest fries not even edible without gagging and feeling like stroking out. The burger itself was maybe 1/16th of an inch thick and looked as if it was cut in half anyways. I tried them twice now months apart from one another and they did me wrong both times. Not gonna get a chance for a third strike. I shouldve listened to my wife when she said "no we already tried this one here in franklin wed be better off going to mcdonalds." Lol. Shoulda got my money back. RIP OFF

Oh how I love their fries. One of the few places that still makes homemade fries daily, and they are not shy about loading you up on them. The burgers are great and fresh. The bacon is always crispy instead of oily, and there is a great selection of burger toppings. There are vegetatian options as well for my wife. If the food was healthy I would go here every day. There are also free peanuts to nosh on while you wait for your food. There are peanuts all over the place so be careful if you have a peanut allergy.

What can I say.......ITS FIVE GUYS!!!! You can always count on a great meal here!! Only suggestion is that you really only need the little fry option when splitting fries between 2 people. I think they raised the price and amount of fries they put in the little, small med, and large fry. A little is more like the small used to be. Anyway....this is a great solid place to eat with consistency......

Dondre is an AWFUL manager. Went up there to get two burgers and 2 large Cajun fries. Tried calling up there multiple times and told to call back for when GM is there. No answer when I tried calling later. Dondre on Facebook was rude calling me a liar. I have a receipt that shows I purchased my food. It was all made wrong!

Great food but high prices. When a meal was ten or eleven dollars, it was great. Now the smallest size fries is more than three dollars and a cheeseburger, fries, and drink is around fifteen. If there was a smaller fry option and drinks were more reasonable it would be five stars. The burgers are that good.

Five Guys as a chain is the best fast casual burger you can get and this location executes perfectly. Their store is always clean, efficient, and orders are always accurate. As a side note, it took me years to try the hot dog and thats a decision Ill have to regret for a lifetime.

Food was pretty good. Guy that took order was only a little bit snobby. Good quality food. Love the diverse topping options and the amount of fries they give you. If you order a large order of fries its like 2 larges anywhere else. Would recommend.

We love Five Guys and we eat at a Five Guys every so often. This place was not the best food at a Five Guyz & was not as we ordered. It was not busy and it was only two guys in there that didnt seem to really care about customer service.

Amazing juicy burgers, fresh toppings and great fries! Obviously some people dont realize they cant serve rare burgers. Its my #1 burger joint. And just a heads up, dont order the large fries unless you intend on eating fries for days.
