Very friendly staff. The new store manager does whatever he/she can to keep customers happy.Food at this pizza hut is better than all the other pizza huts I use. To the people that complain that they dont understand, I have no idea what they are talking about, If you get put on hold, this doesnt mean you have been hung up on. You are probably calling at a busy time and if you are put on hold, which I have been, just be patient and they will get to you quickly. Any problem I have ever had was rectified by the very very friendly store manager who worked with me and gave me my food for free or a discount if the food was incorrect, but this has happened maybe only once or twice out of 100 deliveries. The drivers are always friendly and kind and even run back to their car to bring back parmesan cheese and red pepper even though I did not order any. The drivers go out of their way to keep customers happy. To anyone who is upet, if you get quoted an hour delivery time and start complaining after 30 minutes, thats not the way it works. The store is busy and you were TOLD it would be an hour for delivery and for whatever reason you just cant get it through your thick head that an hour is an hour, and you should be happy to get it in the time you are quoted. Pizza stores no longer guarantee 30 minute delivery times because it is dangerous not just for the drivers attempting to speed and drive reckessly but it also puts members of your family who are out driving in danger because the delivery drivers could be driving recklessly just to get your pizza there in under 30 minutes. PLEASE BE AWARE NO STORE does 30 minute deliveries anymore. Why? because peoples lives could be potentially put in danger. I think you would agree it is worth waiting another 15 minutes than having the grief of a family member having a car accident because a pizza delivery person was trying to not make you wait 5 or10 more minutes. If you have issue with this, then go pick your pizza up. If you are so upset it takes 40 minutes and they should deliver your pizza quicker, then GO PICK IT UP and see how long it takes YOU to get through bumper to bumper rush hour traffic. Chances are it is VERY unlikely you will make it any quicker than the delivery drivers take. Especially because the delivery drivers drive safely and with extreme concern for other drivers. Dont like it? Break the speed limit, run stop signs and traffic lights, and get arrested just to get your pizza 5 minutes quicker. The Berry HIll store is sooo nice and really knows how to make a customer happy. I order from them all the time and every time it is a pleasurable experience.I will keep ordering from Pizza Hut and no one else until I move to a location that Pizza Hut does not deliver to.

DONT!!!!! Unprofessional, aggressive, rude, and yet to deliver any pizza weve ordered. This scab organization completely wrecked my companys business confidence by failing to deliver the pizzas we ordered for our lunch break. Preordered for delivery at 1130a. At 1140a we called to see where they were, after 8 minutes on hold, we were told the food was on its way (store is a 5 minute drive away). At 1210p we attempted to call again, after 10 minutes on hold with no answer I decided to drive to the store. The cashier, "Soy", immediately got rude with me when I inquired about the pizzas. She stated she went to our business but no one was there. I asked to speak to the manager, she also immediately got rude me but told me that the driver couldnt find the place, contradicting her cashiers story. She also said the driver was coming back with our pizzas, some more math that doesnt add up considering the timeline. I instructed the manager to cancel the order, she continued to be rude to me throughout the whole process. Neither the manager or her employee showed any remorse or consideration to their errors or the significant impact it was having on my corporations conference. Go to Dominos across the road, they had my pizzas ready in 10 mins. UPDATE: They double charged our card after I left. When we attempted to call them about it, the woman on the phone said, "We dont care about you", and then she hung up the phone. We have called to police to file a fraud/theft report.

I want to preface by saying I seldom take the time to review anything unless my experience was particularly horrible or especially fantastic. Sadly, this was the former. To begin, the lobby was boiling hot. But Im not a petty guy. I wouldnt judge a place based on the temperature. I waited for a while before an employee appeared without a word. I offered a cheerful greeting to which I received nothing but a blank stare and an inquiry as to my name. I gave it and the man told me my pizza wasnt even in the oven yet, although I was there exactly when the confirmation email told me the pie would be ready. I politely told him the time I was given and he replied with, and I quote, "yeah, well... the computer thing doesnt know what its talking about. Itll be like twenty more minutes." So I waited in that depressingly hot lobby for twenty minutes longer before that glassy-eyed, slack-jawed gentleman with the look of a farmhand whod been kicked one too many times in the head by an unruly horse finally got around to giving me my pizza. He didnt even charge me for it, just handed it to me and walked away, but Im an honest dude so I stayed put until he walked back out with a surprised "oh, you havent paid yet?" and took my card from me. Save yourself a headache and order your za somewhere else.

We dont order from here unless we have no options these days. Its usually a situation where you get there and can remain unnoticed for quite a while. Last time I was there I was dealing with an employee that Im not sure if she had eye problems, was stoned, or what but couldnt read the name on an order and could only recite what half of the toppings were by opening it up. Errr yeah, I dont know what all was ordered as I was picking up for others, how about showing me that ticket so I can see if the name is right. It also gets a bit weird when youre there at night and someone is just sitting in their car right in front of the store which happens every time. Im not sure if theyre taking a break, waiting for someone, waiting for someone to rob, or hotboxing the car. Its always ended up being a delivery driver, unmarked, thus far. Having said that, even with multiple instances of my time being wasted due to not being heard, nobody at the register, spaced out employees, they did always get the order right and the pizza tasty. Product: good or better than any other Pizza Hut Service: varies, wastes a lot of time

I have always had a wonderful delivery experience with this Pizza Hut, until today. I work for a non-profit, had volunteers working for us today and had ordered 2 pizzas for their lunch right around 11 a.m. The response was that it would be there in 35 minutes. It is almost 1 1/2 hrs. later and after calling 3 times to check on the status of the delivery, the pizzas have still not arrived. Fortunately, we had a little salad that is having to make due. If we had been notified earlier that there was only one driver and that their orders & delivery were so far behind, other arrangements could have been made. Unfortunately, everyone here is pretty upset.
