Their customer service is horrible. I worked at a Chick-fil-A for 3.5 years, and we always treated our customers like royalty. At this specific CFA, Ive had to wait to be served while employees are sitting around talking and nobodys at the register. Ive also received the wrong food after repeating my order several times in the drive-thru. The general manager is rude, and they wont give anything larger than a small water without charging full price for it. I tend to avoid Chick-fil-A South Franklin FSU because the Cool Springs, Brentwood and mall Chick-fil-A have 10x better service.

Threw up yesterday after eating it. Your sandwich was soggy and fries also. And this location had a bunch of rude teens working. Cashier got very offended and handed me one extra napkin after I had asked for more. And also forgot my chik fil a sauce, so I had to go back inside after I had waited 15minutes firsthand for my order. Dont care if you fix this issue or not. Had one of the worst experiences at a fast-food place and will not be going back and I hope people who read this review dont expect any fresh sandwiches or good service at this particular location.

The first time we came here, we were blown away with the wonderful customer service and cleanliness of this place. The food is great, the employees go above and beyond for their customers, and they frequently have promos for the regular customers (i.e. free sandwiches). Parking can be a bit of a problem at times, but thats ok because the drive-thru is usually pretty fast. If you have kids, I recommend Tuesday Kids Night- they often have a balloon guy, face-painting, and activities!

Theres no way that the negative review can be factual! This is one of the best Chick-Fil-As I have eaten at, as well as the friendliest. While we were eating, the general manager came by our table and introduced herself. She was extremely polite and welcoming, not to mention amusing! We talked like we were the best of friends. We make a point to go by there as often as possible because of the friendly service and enjoyable atmosphere. Great place!

This is the most efficiently run fast food place I have ever seen, hands down. They move a ton of people through and do it without making a mistake and with a smile every time. I have been going here for years and they have messed up my order 1 time. I went back and told them they messed it up and they gave me a coupon for 3 free sandwiches. Excellent customer service!

As with any Chick Fil A the service was amazing, the food was great. Whether your dining in or going through the drive through they get your order right immediately. The best chicken around. I highly recommend their breakfast but be warned, after you have had their spicy chicken biscuit you wont want one from anywhere else. I am a regular here and will continue to be.

Food is good and fast service, but just like any other fast food joint, they get the orders wrong occasionally and forget the napkins and straws and such... with little to no apology for having to make a return trip to the business to get your order right. In all fairness, I would have gone two and a half stars, but that wasnt and option and they didnt rate a three.

I mean I love me some Chick-fil-A, but this has to be the best one! The staff here are genuine and pleasant. They are hands down the best customer service staff Ive experienced. Add that to a super convenient location and a safe and entertaining place to take my kids, and you can see why its one of my favorite spots!

Chick fil A standards are high and you get used to it when you go here but today 8.7.17 I was even more impressed. The gentleman tending to the parking lot this morning (sweeping, etc.) went out his way to thank me for coming by as I was walking to my vehicle. The world needs more folks like him.

The staff here do an amazing job considering the volume of people in and out of this restaurant. Avoid during peak hours and avoid the drive through during those hours especially. Not a knock against the staff just the product of a great location with high volume

This location has consistently good food, friendly and helpful staff (no exceptions), and is very clean. They go out of their way to ensure an excellent dining experience. Ive been to this location dozens of times, and its consistently 5 star.

I love CFA so much I drive 15 miles one way to pick up breakfast for my family. After coming home I find they gave me the wrong order... REMEMBER YOU MUST PRESS 1 FOR ENGLISH at this restaurant. :(

The owner and staff are wonderful! From fun kid nights to rewards for signing in on an iPad, there are activities for everyone. The play place has a toddler section as well as bigger kids.
