I wish that I can grade them on their delivery. They suck at delivering on time. A whole hour and thirty minutes. Pizza hut should just stick to just being an eat in pizza parlor. Their delivery is what makes the business bad. I will give it to them, the pizza is great but, their delivery timing sucks. If any of puzza huts executives are reading this, word if advice for better business relationships with customers, make longer dine in hours and scrap delivery since your timing is rediculious.

Restaurant actually stunk. It smelled like grease and carpet that is never cleaned. Table had a fine coat of grease on it. Had to get our own silverware and refills on drinks after standing at the counter and waiting on staff to finish looking at photos on their cell phones. At 63 years old, this was the worst eating experience Ive ever had. Only bright side....the pizza was good. Also, the phone never stopped ringing....no one cared to answer it.

Came into restaurant at 2:11p.m order a pizza to eat in... It took 45 minutes to get pizza and when I got the pizza it was the wrong one... Had to order the pizza I ask for and that took another 20 minutes. My wife and I left with the pizza got home and realize that the crust we ask for which was hand tossed was actual thin crust... Never will eat at this restaurant again... By the way, staff was totally terrible... Horrible experience...

My friend and I ordered delivery. The lady who answered the phone named Sharon was rude! She was rushing us off the phone, she wrote my number down wrong, and she got my order wrong. I called back and she instantly put me on hold, and I waited approximately 10 minutes and she then hung up the phone! I called back again and she had an attitude and hung up again. IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE DO NOT TALK TO SHARON, ASK FOR ANOTHER TEAM MEMBER!!

I order the pizza box at 630 at night... i called at 8 because i still hadnt gotten my pizza...the girl lied and told me my pizza had already been taken out n was on its way. .... 915 came and it still hadnt arrived....i then drove to pizza hut and there were numerous people complaining because their pizza hadnt arrived either.. they wouldnt give any discounts or anything. ..it was just awful and terribly bad for business

Called twice, waited on hold for roghly 10 minutes EACH time, then was hung up on EACH time. It is obvious from this, and what Ive read in other reviews, that this pizza hut is run by a management team that is utterly incompetent. Dominoes answered right away. Thanks Dominoes.

Order a pizza for delivery, 30 min later it was the wrong pizza, call to report they delivered the wrong pizza and I was asked could I bring it back!! Duh!!, It was delivered. Horrible customer service.

No smiling even after I smiled SEVERAL TIMES. Everyone seemed to have an attitude. Nothing new was put out on the buffet even though the pizza wasnt fresh in the first place. Im glad Im only visiting.

I am rating them on the lunch buffet only. I have been there three times over the last couple of years and it was lacking in quality and taste each time. I do not recommend the lunch buffet.

Total waste of money. Employees are not friendly or welcoming. The "lunch buffet" consists of a small salad bar, 3 pizzas max, and bread sticks. Go to papa johns or zaxbys instead.

We order pizza around six fortynine, they told us it will b here by seven thirty. We got the pizza at eight ten. It was cold. We pay for it though. They deliver sucks............

Came for the buffet with some guys from work...buffet is all but empty, employees bring out 1 pizza every 15-20 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to eat!!
