My boyfriend and I have gotten food from this location several times. Their wings are fantastic, however, everything else is not. They have messed up our order on several occasions. Last week we ordered an Ultimate Cheese Lovers Pizza (half pineapple topping), Cheese Breadsticks, and the Chicken Alfredo Pasta. The breadsticks were burnt to the point that the cheese was pretty much baked off. The Chicken Alfredo Pasta was also charred on the top. And to top it off, they delivered the wrong type of pizza. Instead of the Ultimate Cheese Lovers Pizza, they delivered a regular cheese pizza (even though my boyfriend told them to make sure it was Ultimate Cheese at least three times on the phone). They did, however, agree to send out the correct pizza when my boyfriend called to complain. Once delivered, we discovered that the new pizza was barely cooked and we had to put it in the oven before consuming it. Today, my boyfriend ordered the Ultimate Cheese Lovers Pizza (with half pineapple) again. They, once again, messed up our order. Instead of making it as he had asked, they made a regular cheese pizza and put pineapple on the whole thing. They did agree to replace it though. Also, other inconveniences include severely uneven slices as well as a limited delivery range. I have noticed that our pizza often comes with two slices that make up for about a quarter of the pizza each and six tiny slices. Why they would cut it to where the half of the pizza is shared by only two slices is beyond my level of thought apparently. Not super great if you are entertaining and expect an even ratio of pizza for your guests. Also, a few weeks ago, my boyfriend saw a women complain at the location for their heavy-handed slicing technique, so at least we are not the only ones to notice. And, although we live less than five minutes away in a seven-year-old house, we have to give directions to our house when we want delivery because our address is not on "the map" as they say. Which leads me to wonder why they are using an obviously outdated paper map instead of something more accurate and up-to-date like google maps or a gps. But like I said at the very beginning of my review, the wings are great (especially the boneless), but be weary of an incorrect order, uncooked/burnt food, uneven portion sizes, and an baffling inability to deliver to nearby locations.

This place is a joke. I ordered two pizzas, both of which arrived vastly undercooked. Neither pizza was remotely browned, both were soggy, and the cheese in the stuffed crust pizza wasnt even melted. I called back and the manager said shed send new pizzas out right away. An hour later, we called, they said the driver left with our pizzas 10 minutes ago (we live about 3 minutes away) and should be there soon. Another 15 minutes later, called again. Manager was apologetic, but said they could only offer a "credit" towards future pizza orders, and no refund. 30 minutes later, still no pizza. Called and the manager said the driver must have given our pizza away because he had already came and gone with more orders. 2 and a half hours later, still no pizza. Guess they gave up. Manager did refund us though, but her helpfulness cant make up for incompetent staff.

One of the guys behind the counter was eating salad from the serving bowl at the buffet with the tongs that are used to serve it.!?!? He caught me watching and moved to a different spot but I could still see him in the reflection from where we sat. This was as they were closing the salad bar. I asked our server if they kept the veggies from the bar and she replied," yes, we switch them into new containers, cover and refrigerate. Then I asked,"well what about the salad that gentleman was eating out of the serving bowl with tongs". She quickly took back what she said. "We throw away the salad". I guarantee someone will be eating that for lunch tomorrow. No thanks Pizza Hut of Plainfield! I am disappointed Pizza Hut! Shame on everyone who watched this and thought that was alright.

I ordered my pizza waited over the time my pizza was to arive at my room, after an hour and 3o mins I called to ask when it was going to arive, 1. Supposedly the manager was rude, said the driver delivered my food, 2. Unprofessional said she was frustrated because he has never made a mistake though he clearly described going to the wrong hotel. 3. Fradulaent He says he got my signature for the pizza. 4. No customer service skills after two different conversation still believes I gave the wrong address to a hotel that is the only one on the street never bothered to offer another pizza or reimburse me nor apologize after me having to prove the pizza never got delivered to me. NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE!

The MOST rude manager Ive ever spoken to in my life . Order two 8 piece boneless wings witch arrived with barley any sauce on them and forgot to give us one of our ranches , so we can and are being extremely nice and just simply ask if someone can bring us some sauce , after wearing 30 mins for SAUCE , I call back and ask to speak with the manager . She proceeds to tell me Im lying that there was sauce on my wings and that she saw them put rwo ranches in the box . I will NEVER order from here again and someone should really look into getting better management , being a manager myself I would have lost my job taking to someone like that

I sent my coworker to pick up my order, I did not get my drink I called to have them bring it to me since my job is 2 doors over, they did not want to bring my drink because its was a carryout, I informed them that I was not able to leave work, they did not care. it is their responsibility to make sure the customers receives everything they order, and they failed to do so!

The service is always good and the food is pretty fantastic, too. My kids will even eat more than two slices of pizza! If you knew my kids, you would be really impressed. My only issue with the Pizza Hut chain is that I am a Coke girl and not a Pepsi girl. Not a big deal, really. They at least have root beer!

U serious? As soon as I placed my order for delivery, counter started to count down from 59:59? WTF?!? and when I received it, OMG, as dry and salty as the Sahara desert...wow...NOT EDIBLE...NEVER AGAIN...and it costs more than the rivals...

The pizza is fine a little on the greasy side. My big gripe is that their delivery system doesnt acknowledge of our address so we cant order online even though we are literally a hop skip and a jump away.

Waitresses are slow. Chicken wings are crumbs. Garlic knots are made different. One order of them was all mushed together and one was not a full order and very spaced apart. The salad was empty. F.

I had the buffet. Pizza was okay. I didnt find any dirty plates this time. Server Marissa didnt clear away the plates from my table nor offered a drink refill.
