We usually order from Papa Johns, but wanted to try something different by ordering a pasta. Ordered and PAID around 7:30 on the internet through the website & it said our order would be delivered by 8:03. Around 8:50 I call to check on our order & the phone gets transferred to the manager.. if thats what you call her. VERY VERY rude to a customer. She asks what our order was... first she says she needed to get In touch with the delivery guy And would give me a call back... I stopped her by asking if we needed to come and pick it up... after being on hold for 10-15 minutes she then said it was showing on her end what we ordered wasnt matching up with what I was saying we ordered then her story was we placed for a order at a later time and it was in the oven now. She then argued with me the order had not been payed for yet, that there was no card on file... I let her know I had a confirmation number and the order was pending out of my account. She still argued so I told her I would be there in 10 minutes to prove this to her .... since the "customers not always right" & apparently I was lying. With proof in her face she was still doubting me. I get there to seeing her outside smoking a cigarette (it was not time for a smoke break...Dont you think you should be checking on whats wrong with your system & why your customers order hasnt gone through, manager) when I walked in to the Pizza Hut all you could smell was cigarettes... I show her on my phone the mobile app of where Pizza Hut has taken my order out of my account, I show her the email Pizza Hut sent me saying my order will be delivered that night at 8:03 & I show her the payment approval from the Pizza hut website .... her and the delivery guy are now trying to belittle me saying that I am wrong when I have ordered this food & its been paid for; they are now showing me her screen where its saying her system is saying its not paid for (how did she see that when she couldnt see my order that shouldve been delivered an hour ago??) .... thats not something she needs to be arguing with me about because what I have is that it did and I have been charged. I told her I did not want the food I wanted a refund because walking into a Pizza Hut you should smell pizza not a cigarette store, right? Oh and the MANAGER when I told her I didnt care to see her screen that I have the payment gone through on my bank she wants to say "well you can read cant you" VERY PROFESSIONAL. After trying to get a number of someone over her and her not wanting to give it up I walk out without the food or the refund (bc it takes days/week to do the refund) and let them know I will just google the corporate number. While IN MY CAR the delivery guy walks to the parking lot and says to me "the order didnt go through because the card declined"....1. the card did not decline it has been taken out of my account still the next day... 2. Why did the pizza say it was on the way and would be delivered by 8:03... 3. Why was my order "delayed for a later time & in the oven now" if my card didnt go through???????? I am waiting to hear back from corporate now.. they said it could take 3 days. I sure hope my issue is resolved & I hope this review helps someone out from being hangry & wasting time. & catching emphysema!! Also this manager needs training!!

Normally, customer service seems like an after thought at most pizza delivery places. I had a bad experience months ago with Pizza Hut, but decided to give them another shot. Tonight, the driver forgot part of my order and said he would be back within ten minutes or so. After twenty minutes, I decided to call and see what the hold up was. I spoke to an extremely friendly and helpful manager, who deeply apologized for the mishap. As I was telling her to credit my card back on the missing part of my order, the driver knocked on my door with the order. I told her it had arrived, and to cancel the refund, however for the trouble she credited me more than double the cost of the food I was initially missing and proceeded to apologize again and thank me for my business. Never have I received such great customer service from a genuinely friendly and apologetic individual from any delivery service. I have to rate 4 stars because the order wasnt initially fully delivered, but knowing they own up to accidents and immediately fix the problem and then some shows theyre a good place to do business with.

This was horrible. The only bit of hope this store has is the girls Mikayla and Tracy. Everytime we have been in the store they have been horrible. First time we went there was a girl names akea or something like that and she went outside and sat in a car with somebody while she was our server. There was a lot more with that visit. This visit we had today we get there and our food wasnt even done when we got there so we waited. Mikayla was super nice and even offered us free drinks while we waited. When we finally got our food the garlic knots were burnt our thin crust pizza wasnt even done all the way. Went back in to get it fixed and Iguana the manager was completely rude and didnt even want to hear what we had to say. She just turned around and walked off. Another employee had to stop her so we could actually talk to her. So rude.

My experience with this location was horrible today my food was almost a hour late everything was cold except my wings and cookies I called the supervisor to tell her what happened she hung up in my face I called back twice no one answered the driver finally came she tried to contact the supervisor the supervisor hung up on her 3 attempts she finally got in contact with her asked her how was she going to handle the situation she finally said she was going to charge 3.27 worst experience of my life

I told the lady I did not want all of crust! But I got more dry bread then anything!!!! I like that light butter crust.orders cheese sticks..Not!!! What little cheese is on it is burned....And I really liked Pizza hut so I thought I would try them one more time.....Why want they make it like it for them .....you know it would be Great then!!!!!!!

My mother was just there and left as soon as she seen how rude the service was!. Why does the customer have to go online to see your deals or to order food or even see your prices when they are standing in front of your staff????!!! Why doesnt your staff know your deals or your specails?!? That to me is very unprofessional.

Soo regret coming here like seroiusly I told the idiot at the register 3x it was dine in they call my ticket number and is to go and I have to go get it my kids were already from having to wait almost 30 minutes for it ughh and tables are just so dirtyy not worth it Papa Jonhs is so much better
