After previous bad experiences, I decided to give Pizza Hut another try. I placed my order online and then noticed that there was a statement that they only were doing carryout orders that day. I tried to find another Pizza Hut nearby and, although there were several, I couldnt place an online order through them. So, I called the first PH to make sure they were only doing carryout. I was told that instead they were only doing delivery and that I could place my order through the phone. After trying to do so, it became clear that any "deals" could only be gotten by ordering online, so I told the person thats what Id rather do. I went back out and redid my original order and sent it in. About an hour later, my pizza still hadnt arrived, so I called and was told that they were only doing carryout orders and that the order I had submitted online was actually scheduled to be delivered the next day. After some discussion, I told PH to cancel my order for the next day. Needless to say, I was very frustrated by the whole situation. Then, the next day (yesterday), I came home to a message from PH that they didnt have any drivers, so I could only get my delivery order (which I had cancelled the day before) by doing carryout. Like I said, this is not the first time there have been issues with this PH. I love your pizza, but your customer service sucks.

Yesterday 12/21/2016 i order 2 pizza and 12 piece wings. I order it at 4:00pm Then after i receive an email with my receipt and that it would be ready at 4:15pm i got their at 4:18pm. I come and and said to wait i was waiting for 15 min then the lady tells me what can i help you with i told her i came for a pickup she roll her eyes at me and said name i told her my name, then said i dont see anything here . I told her i have the order nimber she said i dont need i look at her and said well i need my pizza. And anorther lady came and said what is going on, i told her everything again. And she look up my name and said the order was ready and i look at the other lady and said i taught you couldnt find it and she said im sorry . Not only this but she said that the pizza wore ready but the wings worent so i waited for 15-30min for my wings . And the funny things was that the lady had my wings she was just hiding them and putting a delay. On them . I was so mad never ever am i ordering again in this crap place. I cant believe it took me 2 hrs after my order just to get 2 pizza and 12 wings.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Bryan(the gm) is the worst! his customer service is awful! my pasta and wings were both dry I called to see what he could do he told me NOTHING! i asked to speak with his supervisor he told me he was the area coach, which was a lie, and hung up on me!!! i called back and he told me if i called again that he would call police on me! so i contacted customer service and told them what happened... im waiting on a call back! save your money and time!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Best Pizza Hut Ive ever had the pleasure of eating at. Exceptional customer service, Burgandi especially is sure to make sure your experience as a guest is a memorable one. You can really tell how much pride the employees take in their work. I recommend this Pizza Hut to everyone I know.

Online order misrepresented the wait time by 1 hour. Called to ask the status after the expected time and were advised there would be additional time for delivery. Food arrived cold and gross. Pizza, bread sticks, and wings were all terrible. Too bad.

Dont order delivery. Delivery was late. Order was incorrect and food was cold. No one answered..pickup seems to be fine. Doing 2 stars because we were given a credit after we finally got ahold of someone.

We call and are often told delivery is a couple hours out because they have no drivers. Tonight, told within 45 minutes. Called after an hour, told its coming in the next 20...still not here....

Awesome easy in and out location. The dinner in a box st $10 is a great family deal. THE GRUMBLES TEAM at EXIT REALTY drops in often for quick meal pickup.
