What in the world happened here? I have NEVER been to any Panera that was so filthy. No tables were clean, the carpet had crumbs and napkins and food everywhere. The employees were goofing off, none of the silverware we were given was clean (noticeable chunks of dried food), there were no order numbers at three of the four fast lanes. When we received our food it was undercooked. The parfait looked expired. Im actually in awe of how bad this Panera is. New management requested please because its apparent that not a single person is doing their job here.

I used to love Panera bread. I think the franchise company is screwing the franchise owners with their poor decisions regarding service and restaurant layout. I used to eat here 2-3 times a month. Now, I only eat here when theres nothing else around.

This is a great location. One of two located near the Vanderbilt Campus. Ive always loved their food and bakery options. Some of my favorites are the BBQ Chicken flat bread, autumn squash and chicken wild rice soup, plus their triple chocloate cookies!

I THINK THE ASSOCIATES ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AT THIS LOCATION,THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT MUCH BETTER, THERE IS NOTHING PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THEIR INITIAL APPROACH WHEN YOU ENTER THE STORE,IT IS LOUSY AT BEST,ESPECIALLY TOWARDS PEOPLE OF COLOR.

This was the dirtiest Panera I have ever been in! If the public areas are this dirty Im afraid of what Im the kitchen looks like. Myself and my family were disgusted and could barely eat our lunch! Ill never visit this location again!!

How long do you have to wait for 2 egg sandwiches? At least 20 minutes. People who came in after us were receiving their orders before us. No apologies for the wait either.
