Being right out of range for Papa Johns and Dominos, I tend to order pretty frequently from Pizza Hut at this location. This is not bad, considering I do enjoy Pizza Huts pizza; however, my experience with their delivery, and even carry out, has gotten progressively worse each time. The last four times I have ordered for delivery, the pizza has arrived no less than 30 minutes over the estimated delivery time, with the worst being over a 2.5 hour wait with an estimated time of only 50 minutes. In their defense, when I have called to check on the orders, I have always spoken to someone who was patient and helpful and apologetic; and the drivers have always been professional and courteous. I will continue to eat there, partially due to the lack of other options here, but I would like to see things improve quite a bit.

Ordered a supreme via phone & they quoted a price of $14.57. I went to pick it up & the sign on the door said $8.99. Got inside and they wouldnt give it to me for the price advertised & got all rude about it. I complained to local mgt & HQS who left the matter to local mgt. they said because I called into the centralized order center instead of calling the store itself. I call it unethical business practice & bait & switch. Millbrook will never sell me another. Theyre so stupid; instead of giving me $4.& some Chang they had rather lose my once a week order. Phooey on Pizza Hut & the local mgt.

First time for delivery 45 mind,when it got here,they had a whole pizza wrong. Gave them a call saying it was wrong. Promised another pizza in 30mins. Call back again 55 mins later and was argued with saying delivery was an hour,which it wasnt. So 1 hr and ten mind later it gets here. The delivery guy said the time was 30 but he couldnt find us and they had to make another. He couldnt call the first time,but he did the second. Worst pizza Ive had from pizza hut and the worst most snotty service.

Worst service Ive ever had. Ordered the pizzas at 7:30, they got here about 45 minutes later but the order was missing a pizza. Called back immediately, they said they would get it right out. We waited 45 minutes...nothing. Called back and they finally delivered our missing pizza an hour and 8 minutes later AND TRIED TO MAKE ME PAY FOR IT! The store is literally 5 minutes away. Order Marcos or Dominos or drive through Little Caesars first. I will never order from this store again!

The service has been average, and my orders are usually missing an item, but thats all the bad I can say about this PH. While I have had to wait for a driver to go get my drink that was forgotten, or have a couple sauces that were missing refunded back, THE FOOD HAS ALWAYS BEEN FANTASTIC. Its the sole reason I order from here more than any other pizza place in Millbrook. Service is 3*, food is 5*.

Over the years Millbrook Pizza Hut and I had a love/hate relationship. It seems that things are looking up for Pizza Hut. We ordered our pizzas this evening, without high expectations. We were pleasantly surprised. It arrived promptly, still hot, order correct and to my delight, topping were evenly distributed and seasoned as requested. Thank you Miss Jessica for a job well done.

We ordered 2 medium pepperoni and bacon pizzas cheese sticks and a 2 liter for delivery and when they got here they forgot the cheese sticks the pizza was cold and uncut and missing the bacon. It was BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I will never order millbrook Pizza Hut again I was a first time customer to them and now a never eat there again customer

I placed an order for two pizzas and cheese sticks. When i got there my pizzas were cold and i had no sauce for my cheese sticks. The manager told other employees to lock the doors. At 9:30!!!. By far worst 43.69 i have EVER spent!!!! I used to work there a while back, really gone down hill since then.

Ridiculous on the timing to bring me a pizza! When you have a Time sent to you in your confirmation email it should be delivered by that time! Not 45 mins after given time! My pizza was cold as well! I will not be ordering from here ever again. I want a full refund for both of my bad experiences here.

I rate this restauraunt a 0. Yes it is the night of the national championship game. We ordered and were told delivery at 7. It is now 10:15. I was lied to twice and told it was on the way. I was told at 9:30 (2 1/2 hours late) that they were "backed up". A lifelong Pizza Hut fan no more. Pathetic!
