This was our 1st visit and we came with a large group of 15 guests to celebrate my daughters 15th birthday. I was really disappointed and will NOT go back. The food was only fair, but the main thing was my daughters meal. She ordered something and when it came, it wasnt what she thought it would be. She didnt say anything to me and we were sitting pretty far apart when I noticed she wasnt eating. I asked her and found out she wasnt going to eat it. I asked the server if she could maybe have something else and was told "thats what she ordered" twice. It was clear they were not going to offer and give her something different unless I paid for it. My daughter wouldnt order anything else and insisted it was fine. I think she was aware it was going to be a large bill for me already paying for all 15 guests and didnt want to add to it. I was insulted they did not try to make this right for us considering the amount of money we were spending. The place was practically empty and we had certainly brought in a good amount of business. I remember them advertising they were a family owned restaurant. If thats true, that family must only care about the money their making and not the families that are eating there !

I dined at the establishment today around 2pm. There was a party of 3 there. I was given a table, ordered. Food arrived (Beef tips over a bed of rice). Food was served steaming. The presentation on he plate was appealing. I could go in detail as being a former manager at a Fine Dining establishment, but I will not. Food tasted great, initial waiter/server never came to my table after taking my order. Dont think he was the waiter, probably part of the family owned business staff. Was never approached to see if my meal was to my to my liking. There were 2 parties seated and they took their beverage and food order, was I approached. I was working, so all i needed was a to-go-box and check. I am very finicky dining out. The establishment was clean, friend service, food was as described. I will dine there again the future. There are just some minor issues that they need to work on. Service was kind of slow, considering when I arrived, the party of three was empty and there was a couple that was waiting for a take-out order.Giving a 4 star is kind of pushing the envelope. All in all, I would give this establish a try! * Grr...the candy jar was empty at the front of the door*

It is Tuesday Nov.17,2015. At 11:30 I called to place my order of 12 wings, Fries, and hopefully a burger because Im super hungry, after staying on hold 14 min I didnt care I knew it was lunch rush, all I asked for was 12 Wings (All Flats)!!! Please!!! And the guy told me NO! I asked why he said (Just Because) I proceed to tell him that I would pay extra and he still said No! I then asked what if I pay for another order of 12 and you keep them I just want 12 flats. He then again says no and my MANAGER (ABDUL) said no too so do you want the wings half and half or not, So I end with this with a how in the heck do you tell me how i can get my food if Im paying for it, The worst experience every especially if Im paying, bum off the street i can understand if your choosing to give me something because that would be considered free but if Im paying for my meal shouldnt i be able to get what I want, and not what you want me to have, Food is ok but your customer service skills makes everything about this place Nasty... #RealTalkNoSpit #KNWDAT

Ive been here a few times and each time I tell myself not to go back. The food is okay, but that is all. Their service is the worst Ive endured in Nashville. On multiple occasions I have waited for more than 45 min to get my food, never got a refill on my drink, and had to wait another 15 min to get the bill, and another 10 for them to run the card. All of this during lunch at 11am and the restaurant was nearly empty. On top of that, everybody has a bad attitude. Even ordering over the phone was an ordeal. I waited on hold for 10 min just to be told to hold again (I timed it on a whim). And after all that time, the person taking my order sounded angry that I even called. But I can say that they do have good chicken tenders. Its the only reason Im giving them more than one star. Oh and "Kitty" is right. They should shorten their menu and focus.

The server I had was horrible. I came in and stood at front for almost five minutes then stand saying hello to try to get someones attention. I asked do yall have any servers the guy got another guy to answer my question. He came out and got this girl who had been talking and watching me the whole time. She put silver on the table and went but to talking. I had to call her back over to get something to denounce I saw she wasnt coming. After sitting there for another ten minutes I called her over again. I asked are you my server and had she served before. Both answer was yes. Asked her name and told her that I am a server. I told her I would like to sit and have a meal with my daughter and a attentive server. (BTW we were the only people in the restaurant). It didnt get any better

We ate here after trying to get into a restaurant just 2 doors down which was packed full, Tazzo was a bigger place and empty except for one family in the back. Never usually a good sign. (At least not in the UK where were from) The menu was huge and had a good selection so we gave it a try. Our host Tim was very friendly and happy to chat and make recommendations, although Im not sure if the tips were actually to guide us to items that they had in stock or wanted to make as some things they did seem to want you to steer clear of. The food however was excellent, service was very fast, the place was clean if a little dark, and the process reasonable. The deserts were also very good with large portions. Overall a very good experience. Thanks Tim.

Tazza is a great place, but there are a few caveats: NEVER get delivery from them. Its awful, rushed, and something is always forgotten. If youre walking downtown on a vacation, I wouldnt eat here; pucketts is way better and right down the block. This place needs to convert to a "pick up only" place, because thats the only time my food has been AMAZING. I NEVER have a bad experience when I order my food to go. They also cook it VERY fast, so you need to consider that when you order it; if you wait 15 minutes to go pick up your food after youve ordered it, it could be sitting there for awhile. The people are very nice, which helps the rating significantly. If they werent this would be about a 3 star review.

Wow. This place completely surprised us. My husband and I were headed to a concert at WMA and decided to walk somewhere nearby to eat. This place was close and smelled delicious, so we walked in. The first thing we noticed was this place does not serve alcohol. We didnt mind, as we were there to eat and figured it saved us some money anyway (drinking is so expensive!) I ordered the cheese manicotti (not sure if I spelled that correctly) and my husband got some kind of cajun pasta. They were AMAZING. We havent had such great service and excellent food for $26 in downtown Nashville... Well, ever! They have a huge menu, and we look forward to returning soon to see what else they have to offer :)
