Yum! My husband & I come to Hilton Head at least once a year and wanted to try this place last year, but were just too full on the day we left from eating out for three days, that we skipped it. I wish we hadnt. It will be one of our first stops next year. It is so much better than a chain burrito place. I had the guacamole, bean & rice burrito. My husband had a steak taco and an egg & bean burrito. Fresh salsa, pico de gallo & cilantro were very fresh and delicious.

Reviewed October 13, 2013 NEW Coming from out of town we wanted to find a good Mexican restaurant. We made our decision from the Web. Its definitely not worth its rating. Food is super bland and nothing is cooked to order as it came out a couple minutes after ordering. I got extremely sick after eating. The only thing going for this place is its portions and that its super cheap.

Fiesta Fresh is one of the best restaurants that my family and I visited all week during our vacation! We were very pleased with the customer service from the time we walked in. I got the chicken quesadilla, which was delicious, and everyone else in my family loved their food as well. Ingredients tasted light and fresh. Very casual, very inexpensive, and very delicious!

We are a family of 5 visiting Hilton Head Island, of course looking for the best values! We ate for under $50 at this authentic Mexican restaurant. Even though you order at a counter, the staff serves you at your table. Very good food. The salsa bar was a great touch where we could dress up our chips. Highly recommended! Ask about the pork tamales.

My 8 year old made a simple mistake of putting soda in his courtesy cup and the lady charge us after we paid 43$ for our food. The food was decent. But the place smelled stinky when we walked through the door. My mother in law is upset because she eats there all the time, but she and us will diffenatley not be coming back.

For $11 per person we got what amount to a TV microwave dinner. Served on styro-foam plates. Cheap ingredients. Everything tasted the same. Rice was over cooked, refried beans were tasteless, all like it came out of a can. We went because there were 5 star reviews for this place...are you kidding me?!!!

Only 4 stars because this food deserves real plates and not picnic ware. The ground beef is on the greasy side but everything we had was good,hot and fresh. When we walked in and there were 20+ lifeguards, I knew this was going to be a good spot. The prices were in line with expectations.

Absolutely a delightful experience. We took a group of 14 in and had no problem with seating or getting food quickly. The service was outstanding. The people who run the place were super friendly. And the food itself was simply awesome. Would highly recommend for anyone to give it a try.

I dont think Ive ever seen such a clean Mexican restaurant as this one. The food portions are huge, hence why some of the main meals dont come with sides. The food was really good and fresh. 7 of us ate for $45 (4 adults and 3 kids). Will definitely go again when were visiting HHI.

Great place for Mexican food on Hilton Head Island. They could upgrade their dinnerware, so all of their amazing food isnt served on plastic plates, but thats a minor complaint. We go here every year during a family reunion, and that wont change.

Outstanding food and service, possibly the best value on the island. When feeding a family of 7 sometimes quality has to suffer a bit to hit our price target. Not the case here. Very pleased, will definitely go every time we are back on HHI.

Best Mexican on the Island! Try FF for breakfast, the chorizo or bacon, egg, cheese are the best and for around $4 they are the best kept secret around. Also their salsa bar is great.
