I love my chapotle... I literally eat there 3 to 4 times a week... and I have to say I understand that everything is served by ounces thats what the spoons are foor.... but when I ask for extra stake and get have a spoon full, that isnt right... so they where already out of steak so my boyfriend and i waited... started making our food... and asked for double steak.. so when I asked for a little more that b**ch behind the counter reached in and gave me 3 more tiny pieces... she looked at me, my eyes rolled so hard in my head I could see the past... so her being the d**k that she is, scraped the silver container clean very slowly.... if I would of just got what I was paying for in the first place I wouldnt care ...

The food for the most part is good but the way you serve the food to certain people is horrible and ridiculously small when it comes to the meat especially. When the prices are as high as is stakes for $9.00 you should get a full spoon of meat but you DONT !!!!! When l see others get that and more it make me question your employees as to who they are favoring. Looks to me that they are only giving more to them and not giving the same to everybody else. I work as hard for my money as the next person and l expect the same service as that person. I saw today where some had there bowls over flowing with cheese and sour cream and my friends and myself hardly get spoonfuls.

What happened to this place. Gave 2 stars because it was much better in the past. A rude employee making a rucas paying for his own food while the rest of the working crew gave him their full attention and the line grew longer and longer. By the time I got to order the person changed his attitude and acted like I was taking up his time. Paid no attention to what I requested on my order. To top off everything, the meat had so much salt in it, I couldnt eat it. Come on guys. Not professional.

They are pitifully slow. Pitiful being an understatement. Go to the one in Niles or Boardman these turtles are a joke. And dont bother ordering online, they just forget to make it and you end up waiting anyways. It would help if they were nice and personable there, but they are not.

I have NEVER had a restaurant make me so sick in my life. We used to eat here once a week and after a few months went back. They had all new staff, who were rude, and their food was ok, but I have been sick from eating there for the last 3 days! Never eating here again!

On 21, June 2016 at 9:00pm, I have experienced the worst service in my entire life and I think this is due to the lack of training. The service was too slow and the staff seem not to care about doing their job properly. I would never go back to this branch again.

Poor customer service Dec 2016 on a Sunday afternoon. More employees than customers in the place and they werent prepared to take my order. They attempted to have me wait while another manager requested a special order. I walked out and wont be back for a while.

Went to austintown Ohio location about 10:58 am. Door was open but I was followed in by a older employee who was rude and advised me they were closed and I should look at the door which said 11am. I left and didnt return. Wish I would have asked his name

Food taste great but there was a lack of it! They didnt put much on the plate... after getting my I could still see the bottom of my plate... use to get a full bowl... definitely not getting your moneys worth here!!! Just 1/2 portions

I love chipotle but not this one. customer service sucks and after waiting 30 mins in line to find out there was no carnitas I got nothing. Boardman has carnitas so whats wrong with A-town?! Get with the program..

I love this Chipotle. The customer service is great, and the line always moves quickly unlike the boardman location. My husband and I go out of our way to drive to Austintown Chipotle. Never disappointed here

I eat at chipotle all the time in broadman but thought I would come here.. never again the food was nasty and they was very short on the food.. pop was flat.. I will stick to my chipotle in broadman..
