All I wanted was a cup of soup. I stopped by to pick it up and be on my way. Bartender suggested I get a bowl instead of a cup and I did. After a while of waiting, still no sight of my take-out. (Unless they are making it from scratch, I dont see a reason why it should take over 14 minutes to pour a cup of soup, especially considering that the place was empty.) When it finally came out, I had to double check to make sure they gave me bowl portion and not cup, because it was rather small unlike generous portion described by bartender. It was the right size, alright. No silverware, no crackers. When I asked for silverware to go, server gave me a fork (pretty useless when it comes to eating bland liquid). Soup itself was tasteless, greasy and rather overpriced. The only positive aspect from this experience was a friendly bartender and chips and salsa they threw in with my order. I suppose that was just an off day, but I am rather reluctant to go come back again.

Our experience at this location was horrible. We didnt even get past the chips & salsa before we left. I only gave it one start for two reasons. First reason is because the hostess set us right away. The second reason is because they brought us chips & salsa right away as well. Now as for the rest of the experience it was very bad. We sat there for a good 10 maybe even 15 minutes waiting on someone to just ask us what we want to drink. They waited on 3 other tables that came in after us and still no one waited on us. I tried to get every waiter and waitresses that walked by and they just ignored me. I will not be going back to that location anytime soon.

I cant even understand any of the waiters or waitresses. I tried to order and they ask me 8 times what I want and they never brought me out the right food. The drinks were wrong the food was wrong it took forever. They told our kids not to pick the flowers that were on the patio and it was so ridiculous. They thought they would just tell us what to do and we would come back with horrible service and horrible food. The food tasted like they just warmed it up from 8 days ago its tasted horrible. I will never go back here. They dont even put tequila in their margaritas. Gross...this place is nasty. If I could give them no stars I would. Dont come here.

I like the area and the food. As for other people complaining about the prices, yes they might be a bit steep on some items, but the overall atmosphere is nice, especially the wait staff. You can probably find Mexican food just as good somewhere else, but the difference in price is for the atmosphere, wait staff and the entire package. If you dont want to pay for kinda expensive Mexican food, go somewhere else, but you wont get as nice of an atmosphere. It is an upscale restaurant anyway... I would definitely recommend this place.

I can not express how poor of service I had at 1900 Mexican Grill today. My self and my co workers waited 10 minutes for a waiter to take our drink order and then an additional 20 minutes for our queso dip. And after 40 minutes of being at the restaurant, we finally received our food, which we got boxed up and had to eat at work. And when we opened up our togo boxes, our food did not look like quality or appetizing. We will never be returning to 1900 Mexican Grill ever again.

Terrible service!!! Terrible food!!! This place needs to get shut down by the heath department. They reuse the salsas and chips when my salsa and chips came I went to dip it in my salsa and got someones big red gum on my chip I was so disguisted I went to the bathroom to throw up and saw so many roaches I will never return!

My favorite Tex-Mex food on this side of town! I like it for sit down or take out. Very friendly service. The one thing you dont want to leave without trying is the chimichanga! They are delicious! Like little fried pillows of meat covered in queso. ¡Que bueno! Get two! My favorite is the chicken.

My wife and I tried 1900 a few times before and everytime we felt like we were eating right off the Sisco truck. Canned chicken, canned veggies, old wilted lettuce that tasted terrible. We avoid this place at all costs. There is better mexican to be found elsewhere.

Nothing special. I had particularly bad service and a LONG wait time for a table and for food. I couldnt understand the host or my server. Couldnt get a lemon for my iced tea. Got my husbands order wrong. No server checkback. Eh, thats all I have to say.

Had Mothers Day Lunch here and it was delicious! They had a margarita and Mexican beer special that was very cost effective. I definitely recommend trying the restaurant! If you order through Foodie Call they will deliver!

The burritos here are pretty full of awesomeness! El Facilitator is is definitely on my top five list. Charlotte, NC Mission is where you need to be if you want the best burritos and Mexican food. Top 3 actually!
