We use to be a very good customer, visiting this restaurant 3 to 4 time a month with an average bill of $60.00. I had company visiting from out of town and took them to Chapparral for dinner. The service was terrible. We asked the waiter if he wanted to write down our order as he seem to be having trouble remembering who wanted what but he said no. Twenty minutes later he came back with a pad and pen and told us he forgot our order and to start over. We figured he was new and to give him a chance. When we finally did get our food it was wrong and cold. We told the manager what had happen and all he would do is give us a business card for 4 free meals the next time we came in. Which I thought was wrong he should have made good on that meal. I would have been happy with adjusting the bill just one meal. Well, some more friend come to town and back to Chaparral we went, which it happen to be Cinco de Mayo. We waited 40 minutes for a table. The service was okay, the food was good but not what it had been prior to the last visit. When I presented the card for the free meals I was told by the waitress, that I could not use that card tonight and to come back tomorrow. I asked to speak with a manager. I explain to the manager that there were no special pricing and I did not understand what the difference was in using the card today. She told me the owner said they could not do any deals on that night. Mind you the place is packed and had been that way all night. She said she would ask the owner. A young lady came to our table stating that she was the owners daughter and that she would not honor the free meal card and to come back tomorrow. As I tried to get her to explain way she could not take the card now, all she could say is that she was not going to take the card. To which I said "You just lost a very good customer" To which she replied "I do not want you to return". I could not believe she told me that and I let her know that was no way to treat customers. I paid the bill in full and left never to return. It is clear to me that they could careless about there customers. For them it is all about the money. They have a sister restaurant, El Leoncito in Titusville, that I will not patron any more, since the owners are the same. Take the extra time and drive to Cantina Dos Amigos,

Love this place everything is always very good. We visit frequently and probably one of our favorites that is local to us. The only thing that was different last time was I ordered a mango frozen margarita and wanted to switch house tequila to 1800. I dont mind paying more but the charged me for the margarita plus a shot which was $5 more so I paid almost $9 for a $4 margarita that should have been $6 for a different alcohol. My friend Adrienne brought it to there attention and they gave the excuse that I had an additional shot. I did not get an additional shot it was just different. Not to mention the guy who made the drink had no idea where anything was or how to make a drink. He even gave my friend a very dirty glass. This disappoints me. However I wont let one bad experience from one person keep me from there yummy food. Just think they should read and learn.

Just ate here on Monday and it was 2-4-1 margaritas. Great deal and they were really good!! I sat in the bar which is gorgeous, lots of TVs, colorful lights, and decorations, nice atmosphere. The service was very nice and friendly, I got my drink with chips & salsa right away. They were busy but my food arrived after not too long. I ordered the wet burrito with chicken, it came out hot and had great flavor. The enchilada sauce was flavored just right and I loved their salsa, it had just the right amount of kick. If you love Mexican food and margaritas this place is for you!! :) This is a great place to have a girls night out, or celebrate a birthday or just come and cut lose after a hard day. Every one in there is real laid back. I will definitely return very soon.

The waiter gave us the wrong drink order and said he would give us a drink for free The food arrived cold and had to be sent back When I mean cold it was COLD We asked for sour cream which never was delivered When we got the bill the waiter charged us for the drinks he said he was giving us When we questioned it at the cashier the waiter denied he said that can became very mean. We told the cashier that the money we had to pay for the extra drinks he said he was buying would be his tip because at 7 50 we wouldnt have had another drink. When the waiter found out we didnt leave him a tip he chased us down screamiing in the parking lot saying he wont forget us We almost called 911 but chose just to get the hell oiut of there Not a safe place to be

Best margaritas in town....Tacos taste good too, but the food is over priced. This was still one of my favorite places to eat until a certain incident. The reason I am reviewing this place is because I was here once eating in their back "party" room when I saw a dead ROACH (LARGE) on the floor. I decided to ignore it and not ruin everyones experience. About half way through our meal a roach CRAWLED UP THE WALL. Another table complained and the manager rudely asked us to move into a different area. All that was offered was 10 percent off our bill. They also locked us in this establishment. Look up the county health reports after this incident and found out they have already been closed twice for roaches.

We must of hit a really off night by the looks of all these great comments.Monday night. The food tasted great, but as for the service,NO STARS! What a mess. What Mexican restaurant runs out of mild salsa? What Mexican restaurant runs out of margarita glasses? It wasnt that crowed. The poor waitress who cried at our table. She was over whelmed. We had to ask for silver ware 3 times, napkins and other items that were not brought.Frozen drinks that were ordered were delivered not frozen. Not good at all!We looked like real complainers, the waitress began to cry we slipped her some money even before the check just out of guilt. No thank yous no apologies from anyone, included her.So all I know,is never again!

I absolutely love this place. My friend and I go all the time. Their yellow rice is to die for and I love that you can order some items a la carte. Have encountered ONLY polite waiters and waitresses, and they wear Mexican styled clothing. The music is highly festive but not overwhelmingly loud. I feel these things really contribute to the ambiance of the restaurant and allow me to feel the culture which is something I enjoy. Their cocktails are a bit strong for me, but I have a cocktail maybe three times a year so my opinion might be skewed. I strongly recommend this restaurant!
