Do i really have to give this place even one star? Ugh, I will NEVER repeat NEVER eat at any outback steak house again. Everything was absolutely WORSE THAN HORRIBLE. We waited an hour until we finally got seated,which I didn't really mind im a pretty patient person.Everyone at my table was absolutely starving and looking forward to the bread,the waitress finally brought a loaf which we ate in about 5 seconds,the waitress came and took the bread plate an didn't even offer us any more. another hour later (if not longer) our food FINALLY comes. By this point I feel like im gonna pass out,due to my diabetes.but I was just looking forward to a delicious meal. I started eating my meditteranian flatbread,it was absolutely gross with a strong musky aftertaste,but I didn't want to say any thing im never one to complain. But my fiance always wants me to be happy so when we saw the manager, he explained the situation,and the manager asked me what else I would like,I asked him if they had any chicken,and he asked if I would like to try the quesadilla,I agreed. Finally, 4 tiny pieces of quesadilla came out and the taste was good,but definetly not enough to be a full entree..and to add to the problems my fiances steak had a horrible after taste and it was the smallest steak iv ever seen in my life. The waitress brings the check, and to all my tables surprise,They have the nerve to charge me full price for my utterly disgusting meal,I work in a restaurant and if anyone didn't like the meal I would ,without doubt give them their meal for free. We all left hungry that night. it was a waste of time and money,and im ashamed that I brought my family to eat here. Never again.

Outback is a chain restaurant. I stopped going to Outback in the early 90s because they had no concept of what a "non-smoking" section was. Now that there is no smoking in the restaurants, Ive begun visiting again. This particular location is good. It is in a strip mall. It is obvious that the other stores in the strip mall are fighting over parking because many spaces have "Reserved for XXXXX" signs to keep Outback customers from parking there. Ive taken my family to this location three times in the last year. Each time, there was no waiting (we dont go on Friday or Saturday nights). The restaurant was nearly full, showing that the place is popular. The food is the same quality you will receive at any other Outback. As with most chains, I assume there is a corporate distributor that packages and sends the same food to all Outback restaurants. The restaurants are clean and the staff is friendly. Someone purposely tried to make the restroom a mess on my last visit. An employee walked in while I was there and saw the mess. He used the restroom and then immediately began cleaning up the mess. I recognize that as attentive employees. Im sure he had a specific job to do, but he sees the entire restaurant as his job. If it was more affordable, we would likely visit more often.

If i could have done negative 2 i would have. Me and my family have been coming to outback for years for every special occasion and frequent visitors. The last four different times we have been to outback it has been extremely disappointing. They really think we are dumb because they now bring out smaller plates for higher prices with lower quality food. Changing the menu look and adding more things to the menu is really giving poor quality all around. I will go over my entire meal which was my birthday diner i might add this past Saturday. The blooming onions oil needed to be changed it tasted burnt and old. The best thing about the meal was my Cesar salad which it tinny and no one can mess up a pre mixed Cesar salad. I ordered the 6oz fillet seasoned with garlic potatoes. The fillet was the lowest quality of meat filled with fat was not seasoned and was grey colored through out and I ordered medium rare. The garlic mashed potatoes had no garlic and was gritty. My mother ordered the ahi tuna and was rubbery and over cooked. Extremely disappointed.

Ate here today for my Dads 76th birthday with my brothers. Service was OK, but we kept getting interrupted. Ordered their famous "Bloomin Onion" which is usually pretty good. Today, it was burned and more soggy with oil. We could not even eat most of it. They brought out 1 loaf of bread for 4 hungry guys. Stupid... Then there is the main entree. I ordered Chop Steak cooked medium. It came crispy crittered. Made that cow die in vain. What a shame. The manager came by and half heartedly asked if I wanted another one. Judging by the look on his face, I opted NOT to. I know that look. I ate about 3 bites and pushed it away in disgust. I noted that they didnt reflect anything in my bill, which is fine but shows NO class at all. There are lots of places to eat in Gville, Outback Steakhouse will not be on my list EVER again. This is the 2nd time Ive had poorly prepared food "served" to me here. Seeya

Service horrible food was great. We got right in with no wait on a table in the bar area. It was over 10 minutes before anyone came to our table. She took our drink order & started to leave I had to stop her to order an appetizer. We asked for silverware, after 10 minutes I had to go up front to get it myself. I wasnt finished with the appetizer , but she picks up my plate while I am eating. I had to take the plate out of her hands. Someone else brought our meal to the table & she never came back to our table to make sure everything was ok. We did speak with the manager & they took some off the bill, thats fine but receiving good service would have been our preference. I wouldnt even right a bad review about a place that generally has good food, but the service has been bad on every visit with today being the worst.

This place is going down hill! Outback is my favorite restaurant but this location has been slacking the last few visits. Tonight we got take out. They called and said that our order would be an additional 45 mins longer because they got behind. Then called back to tell us it was ready on time.... once we got home to eat my husbands stake was very under cooked and my potato was burnt. They didnt give us butter with our bread and didnt put the sauce we asked for in our bag. Normally I would chop it up to a bad night but this has been 3 visits in a row... I called to talk to a manger so they could hear my concern but was on hold for 10+ mins before I gave up and desided to give them a review. Might take the extra drive to Spartanburg or Easley. Hope they can make some changes....

Our party waited twenty minutes after we were seated, before our server acknowledged our table. We waited thirty additional minutes before our food started to arrive. One member of our party did not receive food until everyone else had finished. Our server disappeared with our credit cards for twenty minutes, only to find out she "left". Despite our request, not one time did the head restaurant manager come to our table to explain or apologize for the horrible service. An hourly manager was sent out to rectify the situation, despite our request for the head salaried manager. This was the WORST display of customer service I have EVER received!! When we asked for the corporate office number, we were told to "google it". I will never each at this location again!!!!
