I ordered a BBQ bacon burger with curly fries, my buddy ordered 10 boneless wings... So my burger comes out, but the order got cut off and my buddies wings didnt. So they put the order back in, and after about 10 they bring the wings out... Problem is that they arent boneless. Finally my buddy just tells waitress to take them back and forget about it. They manager came out after first mistake and offered to buy his meal. But, after second mistake he didnt show up. My burger was good, but the curly fries were cold and hard... Definitely not the best lunch experience Ive had...

Came in around 4pm, place wasnt super busy. We were seated pretty quickly by DeKarla and I heard her tell our server Jenny that we were there....about 10mins later I heard DeKarla tell her again that we were waiting while Jenny was at a back table on her phone. After we ordered she was so inattentive that we probably could have just walked out and she wouldnt have noticed. She checked on us one time but was already walking away before I could respond to her. The food was good as usual but this server was pretty terrible, maybe she was having a bad day?

The absolute WORST experience Ive ever had at a Hooters. If I could give it a half a star I would. After being seated, my fiancé and I, waited 25 mins with absolutely no service. Not even a drink order was taken so I flagged a waitress down, and requested to speak to the manager. Waited an additional 10 mins for the manager to show, and he didnt. I had to get up and walk across the restaurant to get his attention. He tried to make things right, but was still a horrible experience. We will never come back to this establishment again.

Hooters, although not your typical casual dining restaurant, has something for everyone. From cold beer and well drinks for adults to kids menus and crayons for the little ones. We take our children to eat there frequently. The Hooters girls adore what seems to be all children and are very attentive to our tables dining needs. They have a great selection of music playing that compliments my wing appetizer and philly cheesesteak for dinner. If you have never been, forget what you heard, check it out for yourself!

Happy 2yr Birthday Julie! My husband thought it would be funny to take our 2 year old to Hooter for her Birthday... OMG sooo funny Our baby was being waited on by all the girls there. The staff even signed a birthday ballon for her. Silly Daddy, he know I am much CUTER! Food was good and staff was really fun to be around! Yes even for women!

First time to this location. Sat at the bar and after the bartender ignored me for about 10 mins she ask if I want a drink. She didnt lay a menu down or even ask if I was hungry but then another guy comes and sits right next to me and she gives him a menu and takes his food order.....guess she doesnt care about sales. 04/04/16 10:21pm

I love the wings at Hooters but I have to wonder why health code doesnt apply to Hooters girls. Why dont they pull their hair back? The girls constantly run their hands through their hair and then deliver food. Boooo. The staff seems uninterested in being there and does a piss poor job at serving tables at best.

I had a great experience eating a blackened shrimp and spinach salad and a 1/2 lb of steamed shrimp to boot. Everything was great, the lime vinaigrette suggested by my server really complemented the salad well. This is my second trip here in a week and the food was great the other time too.

Horrible we brought a booth for 10 people and we also ran up a pretty healthy bar tab but wasnt allowed to have a extra guest join us after one of my friends left early. We were willing to pay the fee but was rejected to have a extra guest . I will never go to this Hooters again.

While the service was not horrible it definitely was not up to normal standards I am used too. The hooters girl I had was not very attentive or friendly. If you have to go here cause you need something to eat go but I would choose some place else. A hooters regular.

Man by far tonight the worst experience ever waited 30mins for food then it was wrong when I received it I cant with this place this has happen last 3 times Ive tried give Benifit before I wrote this but not recommending this place at all new management sucks ass

It was okay , maybe I wasnt feeling it idk. It just seems like every time we pass by hardly no one is there . It could be we drive by at the wrong time but the food was alright and our server was okay . Sorry but I couldnt do a two and a half stars

Did not have a good dinner. We were seated and after appox 15 min I had to go find a waitress to serve us. Also the wings were lacking in that Hooters taste we have grown to love. Sorry but this Hooters missed the mark in my book

Great food, great srevice! Got right to our table and within 10 minutes had drinks at the table and appetizers on the way. The waitress was attentive but not intrusive. Terrific experience!

My wifes first time going to Hooters and she had fun and the service was great. Would have given 5 stars but the food seemed just so bland compared to previous Hooters Ive been to.

I enjoy the Monday Burger special which is a great price sans drink. The food is always good and the service excellent. The Greenville Hooters is one of the best in the chain.

Not like most Hooters. Wait staff is unfriendly and not very good. Food quality is good but orders are often wrong. Overcharged on bill but had them correct it.
