The service was amazing. The first time I went there it was wonderful and the food looked great, It was a bit pricey but all in all it was great. However the second time I went there the sub didnt taste the same, I got an italian and it was nothing but ham, and it was extremely soggy. I will try again, maybe something different, The customer service is wonderful!

Great subs...No matter what kind you get. I usually get their Turkey Club which they load with meat...turkey,ham,bacon ,cheese,lettuce,and tomatoes. Founded by firemen,this chain gives money back to their community. Right outside Berkshire Mall near Sears. Whenever I am near a Fire house Subs,It is a MUST STOP!!

MY FIANCE AND I TRIED THIS PLACE WITH OUR 4YR OLD DAUGHTER AND EVEN SHE LIKED IT, THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE, SINCE IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME THEY HELPED US OUT, WERE VERY PATIENT AND EVEN RECOMMENDED WHAT TO EAT VERY DELICIOUS SUBS WORTH THE PRICE!!

Fell in love with Firehouse Subs when I lived in Florida. If you have never been in to try one of their steamed subs you must check them out. Their food is fresh and delicious and I love their decor. The NY Steamer is my favorite.
