Worst in history. What kind of manager are you to not have your store ready and then open late and still not be ready. How could you have a meeting on the time you open and then have horrible bad customer service. Why open at all if your not gonna be ready. What kind of customer service are you showing your customer when we already waited then finally letting us in the store and still tell us to wait. They didnt even apologize for having open late and not ready. How can you not have eggs and have your place smell like smoke when the resturant is suppose to be a non-smoking zone. Its even worse cuz i didnt even think they all wash there hands when they went back to start making the food. The manager is horrible so thats the reason the staff and the service is horrible. Whats the point in having a business if you are not doing a good job. The reason they have a job is to take care of the customer and they cant even to that right.

I ordered a really large order for my employees and it went way better than expected. I called in this morning, ordered 40 items, and told them Id be there at 1130. When I got there and explained I was there to pick up, the cashier greeted me by name and confirmed the order. Apparently they dont make it until youre there so its fresh, which had me worried, but they must have prepped because they got everything to me in about 5 minutes (more than reasonable in my opinion). No issues, everything accounted for, and the manager even walked the order to my car for me. Honestly, I wasnt expecting this kind of service from a fast food establishment, but I cant thank them enough!

Worst ever. I went there to have breakfast and found the door locked. The manager was having her own private meeting/hangout. I took them a while to open up. Then they told me I had to wait. Finally they took my order. Then they told me they had no eggs ready and I could get everything but eggs on it. The restaurant had smoke clouds lingering around like someone was smoking something they shouldnt be. The manager was outside with her boy toy. I left and went to McDonalds. When I came back across from there she was still with her boy toy. This isnt the first time I have had this problem

Ive gone to this Taco Bell a few times, whenever Im on my way to work. Today, was the straw that broke the camels back. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and the girl greeted, however her co-worker was mocking the way I said a particular word. I backed up and pulled off and went to the McDonalds across the street, and I am not a fan of Mickey Tricks, but the customer service was excellent at McDs! I will be contacting Corporate seeing that the workers have a problem with customer service. Im never going back, AND Im going to tell everyone about the BAD SERVICE!

Service is very iffy...sometimes nice, sometimes barely okay. After placing my order I said thank you and got a very blah "mm hmm" and the girl giving me change and handing me my drink was mute. What is that? A bigger issue: EVERY time I have gotten a drink at this place the lid leaks (though fully sealed as tightly as possible) and drink spills onto my lap. Big annoyance. The food has been good though and the wait is usually short. I dont plan to return.

First off, they were rude taking the order not asking what kind of flavors or meat we wanted on our order. When we got up to the window the lady was eating and didnt say hello or nothing, when given the food it was cold and not how we ordered it, and to put a cherry on top we found hair in one of the orders! Someone needs to retrain or fire everyone there. Your job really isnt that hard Ive worked in the fast food business get it together

holy crap. this has to be the single worst Taco Bell in history haha. The food is the same as any other TBell but hot damn, Applebees makes food faster than these idiots. Not to mention that half the time theyre out of something as simple as lettuce. More than once, theyve been out of beef. taco bell. OUT OF BEEF. are you kidding? Im not mad... i really just find it hilarious

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This place is filled with nothing but degenerate employees. They constantly cut you off, get the order wrong, and are barely ever prepared for anything. This place is absolute trash and even though we live right by it, I drive 3 miles to a different one just to avoid this trash heap.

i dropped my drink while I was waiting for my order. I apologized to one of the employees, who looked like she was finished with her shift. She smiled and offered me another cup and quickly cleaned up the mess I made. i felt so bad but she was so nice about it. Food was great, love Taco Bell!

They just cant get it right. Over the past 2 months Ive been 5 times. Theyve ran out of XXL steak nacho boxes(it happened twice in a row), over cooked chalupas, missing portions & to top it all off a Grilled stuff steak burrito with NO MEAT in it. They dont care about the customer.

One of the worst locations. Half the empmoyees are friendly and helpful, the other half could care less about you or their jobs. I actually witnessed a drive by shooting in their parking lot a few monthgs ago. Keep driving, for real.
