The food is great its always fresh the only thing I dont understand is it seems like every three or four times that I go there theyve run out of turkey I dont know why that they stop making the turkey about 5 or 6 and then you have to wait until about 8 to get that I dont understand that I guess theres a reason and I really dont think that its a very good idea to have a manager scold another employee in front of everybody I think thats very tasteless I think its very unprofessional if he or she is a manager they ought to know in 101 manager school that you do that in a back room you dont make a butthole out of yourself thats just not professional and if I had a manager do that to me I would definitely take it to Higher Ground I witness that I was appalled by it if somebody did that to him or her I dont think they would appreciate it if the persons doing something wrong put on your big girl panties and go in there and talk to them in the back you dont do that in front of customers and maybe before you start scolding your employees maybe you want to think about maybe cooking some more turkey so you dont order turkey and then you dont have it and you know then youve got to order something else when I come to Boston Market thats the only thing I ever eat is turkey you run out of food way too much but when you do have it the food is great the service is great I just was a little upset about the manager really really trying to show her Authority everybody knew she was the manager so you know unless you want to wear a nametag or having stamped on your head just dont do that its not cool its not cute and just remember God dont like ugly and he aint too fond of cute

Excellent food. we are just moving here and as a result a great intake of restaurant and fast food. Tried this chain for the first time since they had none where we came from. Loved it so much that I told my husband that this would be the only franchise worth having. Even their green beans are incredibly tasty. I hate pumpkin pie and had two servings of theirs, no ice cream, no whipped cream, just simple and excellent. I will never overwork for thanksgiving again!!! Taste like homemade, just better...

The wait at the drive through takes ages and Ive had enough, this Is the second time my order has been screwed up! just make sure you check your bag before you pull off, the crew here at this Boston market have to be the biggest and most negligent scrubs put to work in that franchise. I wouldnt recommend that chain to anyone, this place is horrible, Ive seen hair in my food 3 times, I feel stupid for going back, I can see trails of spit in my drinks, never again. Dont come here

Every employee inside has no clue how to crack a smile and use please or thank you or have a great day or how are you doing today. I ordered online for pick up and when I came in they said it wasnt ready and had me wait. 15 minutes later the manager notices they are remaking the order and tells me it was already made. I told him it was no big deal. I didnt get one sorry. One have a good day. Nothing. I wont come back here again thats for sure.

Service was the best thing about this location during our visit. Food was not the quality were used to seeing/tasting from our previous visits, and my wifes favorite potatoes (the dill ones) are no longer available. The pot pie was not great, the meat wasnt even mixed in with the gravy/vegetables, just laid on top under the crust. Kinda disappointing but well probably give Boston Market another try in the near future.

I love Boston Market food but some stores dont always make the food look appetising and fresh looking. The chicken is almost always delicious but the veggies sometimes look dried out and prolong exposure to the heat lamps. {Depending on the manager}
