Costumer service was horrible. The lady was literally having a conversation with what im gonna guess was her friend on the next table and didnt bother to attend us. Left the menu on our table even after we ordered. Every time she handed our plate she basically side handed our plate to us seriously! She was standing sideways handing each plate to us, not even putting it on our table.... she was rushing too..... to go back to talk to her friend. Then we asked her if she can please take some of the empty plates and she told us she wish she could.... huh? Then at one point my son said thank you to her and she didnt say anything back. Im teaching my son how to be polite, maybe her mother should of taught her the same. Felt unwanted, not going back.

Just had our drink orders taken by a waitress, then the manager called 3 of the 4 staff working to the back, and no one came back to us... the 1 staff that was left looked at us but other than eye contact, did nothing. Manager didnt apologize for pulling staff neither did the waitress pass along our drink order or get the 1 staff to come to us. ALL of the staff walked right by us, as we were at the first table, and the manager was right next to me when he called the staff to the back. Very rude! We left FINALLY after still being ignored while the 1 staff left in the dining room first bumped and chit chatted with a table.We will not return. They would get a zero but its not a choice.

This place was so dirty. There was water and food on the floor. Used napkins on the table from the last customers. Sent my coffee back twice because the 1st time there was gum on the rim of the cup and the second time there was food floating in the coffee. So I gave up on having coffee. Next when the food came the bacon looked like they put it on the grill for a minute and a half then put it on the plate. Do I asked if I could have it more crispy. They put the same bacon back on the grill after I sent it back. They dont know if I coughed on it. They just put it back on the grill. The waitress was nice, but the place was very unsanitary. Will never return there again.NEVER!

Went in tonight and there was a short white guy working. He didnt even acknowledge I was the person picking up an order...he just plopped a bag in front of me and gave me a price..snatched my money out of my hand..Didnt say thank you...kiss my ass or nothing. I have been coming to this location for years...mainly during the day, which I am questioning ever returning. He was has no skills to be dealing with the public at all and it took everything in my power not to snatch his ass from behind that counter. He sucks and if they continue to have him there, he needs to be retrained or put on trash duty where he has no dealings with the public..Just an overall rude SOB!!!

experience was terrible the second we walked through the door. No greeting, every table was dirty so we sat down anyway our menu was even sruck to the table. Waitress asked us if we wanted her to wipe down the table, well duh of course we did. So she takes a few minutes to grab a wet rag, begins to wipe down the table as she continues to complain about being to short to reach the whole thing.... looked at me and said could you? Could we? I thought. I was angry but took the nasty wet rag to wipe our table anyway. As our waitress walked away, we got up and walked out. We will never go back to another waffle house considering this was our first experience.

This is a great atmosphere. The people are energetic and quick to great you as you come through the door. Our greeting came from an employee by the name of Marquis. This young man is full of energy, very polite and eager to please every single person that walks through the door. Our experience here was very pleasant dispite the fast pace and crowded atmosphere that it is. Kudos to the crew for their attention to detail and their fast services. The entertainment itself was worth the visit. ☺

They purposely overcharged our bill on a Saturday. The managers explanation was extremely invalid of overcharging us by $20.00. What they said did not match what was ordered on the menu. After 10 minutes of the manager trying to explain to us and us trying to explain to the manager the correct amount he finally agreed and gave us the correct amount. I can only assume they are used to drunk people who arent aware enough to pay attention to the bill.

Waffle House is the true cornerstone of American culture. The one ride or die that any American citizen, immigrant, illegal alien, tourist, visitor, etc. can count on in any circumstance. Waffle House has never let me down, nor will it ever let you down. The food is always delectable, yet affordable. The wait staff is always friendly and personable. And, most importantly, the doors are always open. Hands down, my favorite place.

I went in today and enjoyed my breakfast until the cook served me a raw waffle and told me that it was done. Then let my re-do waffle burn on purpose and her and the waitress laughed about it found it very funny. I was so furious I wanted to hit both of them but I didnt. Despite the reviews below. My family and I had a great experience. Customer service was prompt, courteous and just top notch. The food was tasty and the prices are extremely fair for the portions. If you want the ma and pa shop atmosphere with friendly customer service then this is your stop for a good comfortable breakfast delivered quickly to your table just the way you ordered it.

I am a huge Waffle House fan but I will never go here again. We walked in and was not even greeted like normal. After sitting there for 8 mins, two other ladies walked in and they greeted them with a smile and took their drink orders. We got up and walked out and went to the Battlefield Blvd Waffle House. There is always other options if you want to treat me like that!

The restaurant was extremely busy. The manager and his staff were upbeat, pleasant, and amazingly efficient. The young waiter was extremely polite, and the entire experience made the rest of our day all the better. Our Waffle House experiences are usually pretty good, but these guys knocked it out of the park that day, nice job.

Good food, nice people!!! The reviews here are so flawed. I feel like you all turn your nose up at all humans for falisies?? Its a WAFFLE HOUSE! Its not a french brunch venue. For a WAFFLE HOUSE it was a nice clean comfortable place!!! Havent had an American breakfast in 9months!! It was so good!

The worst food ever!!!!! Do not even bother to waist your time and money! We spent $30 and left most of the food on the plate. Our bacon was burnt, grits cold, waffles bad, even the orange juice and coffee is terrible! Stay away and go to Sheltons Big grill instead!!
